I bet that WD sat in a warehouse for years before being sold which is why it was so cheap. It was not in the best shape.
The shipping container the frig arrived in was pretty beat up when it arrived. It appeared that something heavy had been stacked on top of it and crushed the packing. I checked the contents before signing for it and found a bit of bent metal in the top right of the front mounting flange. I felt I could fix it with less effort than shipping it back would have been. I think you should probably have a chat with the shipper but I'm totally happy with how worked out. Thanks.

Great price, shipping was very reasonable I would like to know if I was charged a lift gate fee? This was a heavy hitch and was on a truck without lift gate. Driver and I had to "hump" it off the truck.
