Easy and quick
I ordered the Model 626 fluorescent fixtures primarily because I have yet to find an LED conversion kit that would allow me to keep my original fixtures while improving life-cycle and performance by installing LED bulbs into them.
It's a bit frustrating that I have to repeatedly fabricate 3"-4" "pigtail" extensions for the wires so they can reach those coming out of the ceiling.
BTW...do you sell the hub caps for the rear wheels of a Class-A motorhome with Alcoa aluminum wheels?
It is hugely important for you to let folks know when large items like this are expected to arrive. The truck that delivered our washer/dry combo just happened to arrive as we were leaving for errands we weren't sure it was for us and could have easily left. I had actually emailed Monday and got no response. Otherwise all is good.
I placed the order on Thursday April 6th and paid for two days shipping assuming it would be here by Saturday the 8th, I called on Monday April 10th and formed my order was not placed, it arrived on Wed April 12 th, beside me & my service center working on my rv not too happy with somebody's incomptetence.
Somewhat apprehensive because I was replacing a 15 year old part no longer made, I asked a couple questions of your customer service reps and then Dometic and had an exact fit upon receipt. Furthermore, I would give you 6 stars on delivery -- the weight alone (43 lbs) should have slowed UPS down -- but I ordered on Thursday at 2PM EDST and on Monday it was sitting on my porch! Great service.
DOOR WAS DAMAGED, BUT BOX HAD BEEN TAPED UP PRIOR TO SHIPPING SO I THINK IT WAS DAMAGED PRIOR TO SHIPPING,, DUE TO TIME CONSTAINTS WE HAD TO STRAIGHTEN THE DOOR AND GO AHEAD AND USE IT,, WE DISCOUNTED IT TO THE CUSTOMER FROM OUR ORIGINAL QUOTE. NOT YELLING JUST BAD TYPER

Bought roof mount a/c unit and had it shipped to California. The intrastate shipper brought to Fresno in the appropriate time and left it with a local transportation company. The local company ( White Bear)would not deliver it until they had enough items going out my direction. So after 10 days of it sitting on their dock I had to drive the 40 miles to go get it. After letting the parts manager know about it, (I think it was Claude)he did everything he could to make it right, even though PPL was not responsible for the problem. He was overwhelming sympathetic to my problem and adjusted shipping charges. It wasn't just what he did, it was more the friendly and courteous way he did it that sold me that there still are people out there that understand customer service. I will highly recommend PPL to all my camping friends. Craig

Good experience. Called to ask a few questions about product and was helped immediately. Ordered ac unit and control panel on a Saturday and it was on my porch that Thursday. Saved the cost of labor by ordering unit and installing myself, with the help of a YouTube video. Over all I saved around $900!
I should go into the ac install business! Only took a couple hours. My Forrest River palamino was pre-wired for the unit and didn't have to cut holes in the roof side, or side of the main box! There's a sleeve that the existing wires for the exhaust fan run through. My power supply for the ac unit slid right through it and to the outlet for the ac. (Pre-wired)
