Arrived quickly. Fairly easy to put together. One issue we had with the product was that the window flap had been stiched to the main front panel door zipper stiching for about 4 inches causing a bind in the door zipper and preventing that flap from rolling up. Contacting PPL about it and hopefully we can get it resolved. Other than that it looks pretty good.
Easy ordering and good price. The only recommendation I have is to provide a tracking number in the order or shipping confirmation.

I bought an suburban water heater out of Texas.The price was fine but i was charged shipping when the internet ad said free shgipping. No problem.It arrived on a Saturday when i waS NOT HOME. THE BOX LOOKED FINE--NO NICKS, SCARS ETC. wHEN I OPENED THE BOX THE PLASTIC COVER OVER THE CIRCUIT BOARD WAS BROKEN AND WHAT FELL ON IT ALSO DID A LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE BOARD. I decided to take a chance and install it anyway due to hassle if returning it. I am glad to say i fired it up today and it seems to be working fine. Thanks. Jim 04-14-2017
