It's now three days later and I have my second water heater on the way, almost. It's not on the truck quite yet, but soon.
FedEx treated my first heater a little rough and I am not sure if anything is wrong with the inside of the tank. Two of the outside corners were bent in, which left the exterior tin shield crushed a little bit and out of square. Three calls to custoner service, and I received a return shipping label and a call from Ron to confirm that every thing was going alright.
We shopped around for a water heater and PPL had the best price even with shipping. Great description and ease of ordering. I was instantly contacted by a rep and my order was on its way.

Ordered the Sanicon box unit. Paid an excellent price and it was delivered the second day I ordered it. Exceptional service!
We had a small window of opportunity to drop off our 5th wheel and pick up our new unit. PPL was very accommodating in working with us to meet our deadline. The biggest concern we had was lack of communication beginning with the salesman and ending with the service department. We were promised phone calls and returned phone calls that never happened. The night before our closing we were notified that PPL did not perform the closing for the Credit Union where PPL found financing for us.
We have owned several RVs including motorhomes over the past 10 years and having paid to have a walk-thru, we feel the tech did not know much more than we did.
Like prior purchases I found the information about the product to be accurate and concise and the cost was competitive.
