I cannot imagine an on line experience to be any easier and any more pleasant than this first experience with PPL Motor Homes. A web site that was easy to use and an order fulfillment equal to or better than any I have ever experienced and I have been around for a lot of years.

My last order said that it would be shipped right away but would be ground freight as I chose not to expedite. Order said it may be up to 2 weeks before I received the product. That was on a Sunday and I was shocked when my product showed up on Tuesday morning. I have been very happy with the service and the products I have purchased through PPL.

This is my second encounter with ppl, good stuff, both times. I'll use them again.

I have not installed the part yet. The part delivery was prompt. The part I ordered is right. I am going to have a qualified technician check all grounds and power before installing.

I was very happy with the product, and even more so with the short shipping time (2 days by Fed Ex ground). The A/C shroud was exactly as advertised, and after searching on numerous websites, it was the least expensive. I'll recommend PPL Motorhomes anytime.

Outstanding service in a prompt and expedient manner

I was changing my towed vehicle and needed a new brake away switch to go with my existing braking system. I ordered it one night and it arrived in 2 days.

I was very impressed with the price and cost of shipping for the product I purchased. I am a mobile RV Technician and use several RV distributors, but was unable to purchase the product cheaper than PPL Motorhomes. Delivery met my customer's needs and arrived in excellent condition. Great Job!
