Our order was held up somewhere and we were not notified. Once I contacted a customer service rep, they were able to get a new item moving, but we still have not received it at this time. I believe it will be here in a couple of days.

Just a little difficult to follow the website. Took me two tries to find the part I needed. Just wanted you to know that I was dissatisfied with your service. I ordered this part online on 05/18 and paid for overnight shipping because I needed the part by Sunday. It did not arrive until Monday when I was already out of town and up at our property where I had hoped to fix the refrigerator. Needless to say, I couldn't fix the refrigerator because I didn't have the part overnight. Now, I have to make a special trip back up to our property (180 miles each way) just to work on the refrigerator before we leave on a 4000 mile vacation. So, I was not pleased.
I realize that you did not process the order until 05/20 but you might have stated that on the online store. It would have saved me the aggravation and delay in fixing the refrigerator. I thought placing the order on 05/89 meant that the control box would have arrived on 05/19 or 05/20 at the latest rather than 05/22. I could have purchased the item locally for a few dollars more and been done with the repair.
First time buyer and very very pleased with the speed of delivery product was as described and of apparent good quality 100,000 miles down the road will determine overall quality of course but we expect it to be just as good then as now

Very happy with price and shipping cost. Order date to delivery date was 7 days, probably typical for UPS from Texas to California. Very pleased with the fit and finish of the toilet.
I received the package; however, I have yet to open it. I am having my hot water heater installer do that, so my evaluation is not based on the completeness of the packaging. It looks great though, just what I ordered. I will let you know if I have any problems. Thank you for the prompt service.
