The customer service representative was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions concerning the air conditioning unit I needed.
Had to hold a lil while to speak with a real person on phone but other than that the website order and checkout were quick and easy.

Ordered Coleman A/C Unit, through Amazon, order promised for 7 day delivery, (Houston to Flordia) to my surprise, i received the unit on the morning of the third day, could not believe it. Unit was in excellent shape and installed the same day could not ask for better service tks.

Quick and easy and merp
Excellent service but I did have to call on Monday afternoon to enquirer on my order's shipping status that I had ordered Friday morning. After I called the order was released to shipping and it arrived Tuesday.
They came through when I was in a pinch!

The overall service received was excellent. The representative on the phone when ordering was very professionnal and courteous and knew his job. The delivery time was very good and it would have been nice to know that it would be arriving one day earlier (which it did) so that we could have arranged an earlier installation by the person we contracted to do so. It was a water heater so very important to us to have working as soon as possible. Again, all-in-all, we would recommend PPL for rv needs.
