They shipped a "gray market" water heater. Contacted the manufacturer when I could not find the serial number where the manual indicated and the maker said I have no warranty whatsoever. 4 months later and I have no follow up from Ron Hunt or anyone at ppl motorhome. If the product fails, I am out of "luck". Sadly, this is not the response or service level they have offered in my past dealing with them (this order replaces the last water heater I bought from ppl which just failed a couple months out of factory warranty period- and it was not a gray market item). Sure wish they had returned my calls... but nothing. Not a peep.
