Purchased a tank buddy from you... the first one you sent was used with missing parts. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls Plus picture of the problems you finally returned my call and sent me another pump which was packaged poorly.The pump was free to bounce around with in the original box which was not padded in anyway nor was it put into another box with padding. The end result was the pump went through the tool box container it came in and broke the switch off. Again I sent emails with pictures to the company and again with no response. I have since gave up...spent many hours on the Internet trying to find a switch... Ended up fixing it myself and gluing the box. Needless to say I do not recommend this company and will never purchase anything from them again.

I bought 2 different items at 2 different times from PPL and I couldn't be happier. The first time I ordered direct from the web site. The second time I didn't have internet so I called on the phone. The man I spoke with was very pleasant and was obviously most interested in taking care of me. Products arrived ahead of schedule both times and were exactly what I ordered. Based on my interactions with them on the phone, I have not doubt that any problems that might have come up would have been taken care of immediately. Furthermore, they had the best price I could find for the 2 items that I bought. When it is time for a new RV, you can bet I will be checking PPL.
