Online shopping was great. We replaced AC unit in our horse trailer and it was easy to figure out exactly what we needed. Installation went well.
A damaged A/C was delivered and opened. I thought it might work and installed it, but it was dead. Ron at PPL listened to me and replaced the unit at no charge. I cant praise PPL highly enough for their honest business practices.
Easy ordering. I do wish they offered a PayPal option.
