Purchased a 6 gallon hot water heater. Ended up buying 6 printed circuit boards in an attempt to get it running properly. Called your C/S only to be referred to Dometic/Atwood who said it wasn't their problem. Apparently, the new water heater I purchased from you was an older model. One of the circuit boards I purchased locally cost me $250 dollars. Finally got a "Dinasour " circuit board, seems to work properly.

I think shipping took too long. I had to cancel a trip because I received unit too late. I would have gone with someone in Calif. The freight rate was to much. Amazon would have been cheaper. I went with you because you WERE not Amazon. I try to support independent businesses!0
Quick & simple
I have not installed unit yet, I assumed it came complete. I am waiting on the inside cover to arrive.
The listing was a bit unclear to me. I needed a 60 amp power source; I had to return this 60 amp ( not specified as input or output),item and reorder a 60 amp (input) unit.
Maybe my own fault for not researching better.
Just ordered, so far so good!
Update 7/31 received product, looks good, have not installed yet.
