Powerful Signal

We did receive the components. It was an easy delivery and it was on time.
It will be a couple of weeks before we are going to be able to set it up.
The information for installation of the equipment and programming is a very minimal at best.
I think if the info contained a usable link on locating the towers and the signal strength would be very helpful. The ones on the web are not user friendly, besides security hack alarms go off on my computer on most of them and I have to shut the computer down when trying to access information.

We have no cell signal in our house, and only 1 bar of signal out on the driveway, so I called Powerful Signal to see if they could help out. The technician was very helpful. We had several email exchanges. He told me how to get the actual signal strength on my iphone, and how to go around the property to find out where the signal was the strongest. Then he recommended a system that he felt would help. It arrived on August 25,2023. I tested it out the next day and I was able to get enough signal inside the house to make and hold calls. I am not finished with my testing and adjusting the antenna (both height and direction), but I feel in the end the system will work for us.

If you need a signal booster definitely go with powerful signal wow! Everything from the beginning finding out which one to get to when our order was received the boaster was missing the box had been damaged in shipping and powerful signal took care of filing issue with UPS and even overnighted me the part. Holland along with the supervisor both were amazing

And was able to have SAt man come install

I found just the magnetic mount I needed to work with my WeBoost Overland exterior antenna. I chatted online with a customer service agent beforehand to make sure I was ordering something that would work with my WeBoost. The ordering was easy and the mount arrived quickly. Would order from this company again.

Installation was easy and so far the device is performing as advertised. My office is inside a metal building which diminished the cell reception dramatically, only one bar many dropped calls, texts did not come in. With this product installed in my office I consistently have three to four bars providing great reception and texts come in.
One improvement for Powerful Signal to consider, before an order is place ask how many feet of cable the customer may require for the outside and inside antennas. The 30' supplied for each antenna is not necessarily enough to accommodate the antenna placement to achieve optimal performance.
Would recommend this product to others.

We purchased the marine booster thinking it would be suitable for inclement conditions. But the booster and secondary antenna still have to be kept dry and warm. Only the exterior antenna is waterproof. This is confusing because even in the standard version, the exterior antenna is waterproof, so why have a marine version? The sales information on their web page lacks detail on why you'd want to purchase this version over the other. And now I guess we will have to pay a 10% restocking fee to return it.

EDIT: We decided to keep the booster but protect it with a waterproof box. I still think, though, that the company should clarify the product's capabilities in its sales copy.

We desperately needed a booster at our house. We live in a rural area in a small valley. No signal outside unless you are on the roof and then only one bar. We ordered a booster with an omni-directional antenna but couldn't get a signal. I called and spoke with Kevin and he walked me through some troubleshooting. We still couldn't get a signal so Kevin sent us a directional antenna and inside panel antenna. That did the trick! We now have a signal where we used to get nothing. I really appreciate Kevin's patience and determination to help. We are now able to get a cell signal at our house.

Great customer service Brandon Tippets answered all of my questions which led to my decision to purchase the weBoost Drive reach cell phone booster.
Customer service is number one for me and fast delivery was a bonus I will be purchasing again from powerfulsignal.com in the near future.

After researching all of our options to bring cell/data to our rural location we found Cel-Fi Go X. We never received more than 1 bar outside 0 bars inside. The only signal out in our area is Verizon cell service. We finally decided to take the financial jump to invest in the most promising option. We purchased the Cel-Fi Go X package with a directional donor antenna and one flat ceiling mount inside server antenna from Powerful Signal. I researched how to install before it arrived so I was well prepared for locations and power. The entire install took only a couple of hours which included testing for the best direction for the donor directional antenna. We were only hopeful for a realistic improvement due to our extremely weak signal outside. Our single story 1850 sq ft house now receives 2-3 bars inside the entire house regardless of room. From inside the house we are now able to stream Netflix, stream music, conduct Zoom and Hangout Meetings and no more dropped phone calls. We are super stoked. :)
