Powerful Signal

This company is amazing. I had my cell booster here in 3 days and it works great. I am very satisfied. I've been telling all my fishing buddies about it and have quite a few who are interested in buying.

Although I did read and understand that the company would charge a 10% restock fee it doesn't make since to do that when the customer explained that the product didn't work in the area. I also asked if there anything better that I could pay the difference

Too early to answer these questions as I do not have item, and just ordered it a few minutes ago. Will know these these answers when we receive the product and can try it out.
We did have problems ordering on your site, as your web site would not select carrier, and we had to use another smartphone for some reason as it would not add or even show any carrier options or let the user see or select any carriers on my husband's phone? Mine worked for some reason? No matter how many times we tried! Thought you might want to know for the sake of your other customers who only have one way to try ordering.

If you need a signal booster definitely go with powerful signal wow! Everything from the beginning finding out which one to get to when our order was received the boaster was missing the box had been damaged in shipping and powerful signal took care of filing issue with UPS and even overnighted me the part. Holland along with the supervisor both were amazing
They have tech support if it's needed
And was able to have SAt man come install

I was lead to believe that the amplifier had 4 connections that lead to indoor antennas which meant the same amps to each antenna I phoned prior to spending that amount of money no photos are made available of inside the cabinet when in fact you pay and enormous amount of money for a metal cabinet with a amplifier with ONE connection for a indoor antenna leading to a FOUR WAY SPLITTER what a ripoff stay away you can get the amplifier with cable etc. a lot cheaper than I did and I would never split a signal 4 ways with a single connection coming out of a amplifier

At first glance i thought it might not work, but it did good, it worked in all the areas i lost signal before.

I'm having a difficult time finding a location to mount the antenna. The clamps and mounts only work on a vertical brace, not a horizontal brace.

Support to pick out a system was excellent and delivery was smooth.

Ordered on line and picked up at the warehouse. The new antenna improved my system. I'm very happy!

The metal roof we installed created a "black hole" for cell phone reception inside the home. We had to walk outside to reliably either send or receive texts or make calls. The outdoor dBm strength hovers in the -92 to -114 range. After installation of the Hi Boost 4K system the dBm rose to -12 to -18 for a net gain that exceeded the advertised 60 dBm. Although the increased coverage is largely limited to 1/2 of the house, we now enjoy between 2 to 3 bars and our raincoats have more hang time in the closet.

We have no cell signal in our house, and only 1 bar of signal out on the driveway, so I called Powerful Signal to see if they could help out. The technician was very helpful. We had several email exchanges. He told me how to get the actual signal strength on my iphone, and how to go around the property to find out where the signal was the strongest. Then he recommended a system that he felt would help. It arrived on August 25,2023. I tested it out the next day and I was able to get enough signal inside the house to make and hold calls. I am not finished with my testing and adjusting the antenna (both height and direction), but I feel in the end the system will work for us.

I found just the magnetic mount I needed to work with my WeBoost Overland exterior antenna. I chatted online with a customer service agent beforehand to make sure I was ordering something that would work with my WeBoost. The ordering was easy and the mount arrived quickly. Would order from this company again.

We bought this for our cell booster cable for our Sprinter. It works great. It stayed on in very high winds on the open highway. I highly recommend this product.
