The goods were dispatched from china and not from the uk. Instead of 6-12 days it took over 2 months. The battery arrived damaged and did not work in the laptop. I should send the battery back to china to get the money back. Since shipping is more expensive than the battery, i didn't do that and wanted to get my money back through paypal buyer protection. Unfortunately, PayPal has rejected the application. I am more than disappointed, would not recommend anyone to buy there!

There may be a lot of scammers around the world. Its natural. But this one gets HELP from paypal. With the paypal option customers trust them. And they are acting as if a UK company. Then when you finish payment via paypal you realise its chineese company. They do not have customer service, you dont get an email from company about your purchase. Arriving item to you is at least 15 days. The batteries are cheap chineese products lasting a couple of months. Paypal does not help you because they are asking you to send the item china. You need to send it with tracking feature. It will cost you more than the item's cost. Paypal just giving these scummers a lot of space to rob you. Paypal's customer service is even worse than this company. I could not find any option to click for my issue in Paypals website. So I clicked the nearest one. I have explained everything in detail, and asked two questions to paypal very clearly, they send an email which is totally unrelated my querries. I think it was a robot, no actual customer service. So Paypal itself acting like a scum company. Shame.

I ordered a Toshiba Laptop battery believing that this "Company" were based in the UK. I had checked E-Bay and Amazon, but they would either not ship to my address or were out of stock. This site was prominently displayed on Google and as they accepted PayPal, I thought no problem. Alas, I was wrong.

I received no acknowledgment and it was only after I had received an email from PayPal, that I had paid " Guo Honfei" When I realised that I had been scammed.

I opened a dispute with PayPal after three weeks ( delivery was supposed to be 7 days) however PayPal are giving the scammers all the time in the World. Six weeks and they keep pushing out the date of resolution. (My next review will be on how PayPal facilitates fraud by Chinese Scammers) Despite all the complaints against this site, they are mostly finding in their favour.

Do not under any circumstances, deal with this gang of Charlatans, you will not receive what you paid for- PayPal won't help you and you are left to go to your bank/Credit card to get your money back.

Please note that this site is scamming people not only in the British Isles, but the U.S. and further afield.
