Very poor service, incredibly unhelpful as my issue was brought to attention no more than 5 minutes after my order was placed, I was told nothing could be done to help as everything is automated, I'm sure the guy that picked up my order and put it in an envelope to post could have delayed that basic action for a few minutes.

I was offered a future discount on another order, why would I send you more money when you didn't help me the first time.
