I considered a diy option, but ultimately went with porch potty because of the reinforced drain tray. There are two things of note: (1) the drain set up is so-so at best. It would be great if the drain pipe was a little larger to help prevent pooling; (2) I decided to reinforce the tray pan by adding cement blocks beneath it. This has helped my dog trust the platform as secure - she's 45 pounds. Other than those two gripes, I really like how the system looks and functions.
Bought a porch potty standard and the hose always leaked. Got a replacement hose, hose still leaked. Sent a few emails, no reply. Sent another one. They wanted to send me ANOTHER hose. Yea, the first and second one didn't work so let's send you another. I asked for a refund which they denied even though their product was faulty and they "say" they stand by their product. Just buy a cheap one off Amazon. Works way better
I live in a 6th floor apartment and wanted to have an option that didn't require taking my new puppy to a downtown alley at 1am for potty runs. This product seemed like a great solution! I was disappointed when the product arrived without the synthetic grass, and while the customer service response was very fast, the piece was sent with just normal shipping and took about a week to arrive. It would have been nice if they had expedited the shipping. That said, my pup loves the porch potty and is slowly learning to do her business there, and no more midnight potty runs!
It was challenging, kept getting kicked out but I got my new tur ordered, yay! How can I get a coupon code for future orders. Now that I know the turf needs to be replaced every 6 months I will be ordering on a more regular basis.
The website doesn't recognize from one page to the next, the selections you've already made and keyboard does not aotomatically transition to numeric for credit card or phone numbers
shipping to new address and AK became a big pain. And from my previous order and email it would not let me place order. Had to do,forgot password, had not created password on 1st order. Turned into long ordeal.
I called for assistance with discount code. No help. In fact they were borderline rude. The only reason I continued with my purchase is that I liked the product. Help desk- not so much.
The advertised price of my product on the website is $49, but the actual charge is $59. I wish you would ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses. I have to send this to a friend and have it reshipped to me.
Website is a bit of a pain, took about 10 mins to get the payment method correct. Would of ordered it on Amazon if the Standard was available. Coupon Code did not take the first 3 times.

Shopping cart portion a little choppy, could be streamlined. Your product is fantastic, I don't know how we would have handled our dog in the current space without a porch potty
I wish the return policy was better. The cost is almost $400 and if my dog won't use it, that's a lot of money to lose. It would be nice if the return policy included returns if the dog won't use it.
Everything is way too expensive, but you guys are the only people that I have found who have a solid product.
No one answered the phone when I called, product description did not provide a detail list of what came with the Porch Potty etc. The product will suffice but for the price is lower quality than expected. The lack of a nonskid bottom also results in the product sliding when the dogs try to stand on it, making them less inclined to use it. thx
The reason i gave it 3 stars was because the first time i called i was sent to voicemail and the site wouldn't let me see the whole screen to read about the porch potty on my phone, just the center of the page. Wish there was more coupon options and more ways to customize the small size porch potty. I called back and when i did speak to a customer service rep she was very helpful to answer all my questions and helped me decide which products best suited my puppy and i. Overall, it was a decent experience but the proof is in the product! So after i receive my order i will decide whether to recommend or buy from again. Thanks!
The price on the main page lists the product $10 lower, so it is surprise when I get to the checkout page and it's $10 more. Please fix this, thanks!
I am having issues with the porch potty hose leaking where it meets the porch potty drain. The instructions could be better as well to inform where the washers go. In addition the hose connection where you screw it into the top does not feel very secure and has popped off the hose, which is probably one reason it leaks. Over all I think the product is beautiful but feels very cheaply made with the hose/ hose connection. I hope to find a DIY solution so that I may continue to use the porch potty but for $300 I think it's unfortunate that something as simple as the hose doesn't even work properly. I would recommend this to friends looking to use the catch basin but anyone hoping to use the hose, which I think is the main selling point, would get a word of caution from me.
Need to add a direct link for the Cart....after shopping, I wanted to look and read about other things on your site. Then when I was ready to check out, it was tricky to get back to the cart.
I had problems with web site on my desk top- i wasn't able to add the potty to my cart. Finally I had to order using my cell phone. Otherwise - great!

Really hard time getting the site to cooperate with PayPal. It wouldn't recognize that I had selected PayPal as my payment method? Thankfully it finally worked. Hope I don't end up charged multiple times.
The packaging was torn completely off on one end and part of the grass had already started to turn brown!
The item was damaged and they sent a replacement but never received it. After 5 days, I called again to check when the item is arriving, fortunately Lynn was kind enough to overnight the item.
Technical glitch with "add to cart" button. Every time I tried to click it, it would pop up with a close-up image of the product. Took several minutes to add my items to the cart.
Very frustrating when you state American Express is accepted when it is not. I used two different Am Ex cards and both times your website responded as 'not able to process this payment type.' My MasterCard worked. Take Am Ex off as a payment option please.
Did not save my updated info when error message required shipping choice. Took extra hassel to check out
