Answer:
From a durability standpoint, the synthetic grass will last you indefinitely. Most folks find that even with regular rinsing of the grass, you will want to replace the grass once or twice a year depending on how many dogs are using the potty, amount of direct sunlight the grass gets & concentration of your dogs urine.
