Pokerstars is partnered with "MuchBetter". Beware of "MuchBetter" Wallet. It is a Scam! They are taking customers' money. They stole my money. They message you asking for the transaction details when you notify them, but they will say things like "We can't find the transaction with code you provided". Me and Coinbase had no problem finding and verifying that it was sent and successfully received. They will just lie to you. If you want to read the horror stories for yourself then look at their reviews on "TrustPilot".

PokerStars online app is 100% a joke. It's rigged with bots and people working for the company playing against you. If bad beats and runner runner is your thing and you enjoy losing on the river to garbage. This is the site / app for you.
It's owned by flutter and scammers across the globe so if you are new to this site, please stay away. ITS NOT WORTH IT!

Worst place for bad beats, ppl call with absolutely nothing and always seem to hit straights or flushes. I've had KK, AA, QQ get beat on the turn and river so many times it's aggravating. Even playing by the book with my raises and bet sizes. I play house games and never see weak Aces win like you do on here. They say it's not rigged and the deals are automated before each hand but I don't believe anything they say.

Upon closing my account (reason is irrelevant) they state "Please don't create other accounts as this is against our General Terms". In other words, "We don't want you back". This is the same message everyone gets and is not communicated directly when leaving, truly showing that they don't value their customers. After being made aware of this, I requested to not close my account and they still closed my account with an automated message - extremely impersonal and disrespectful. In the end I'm glad that I left permanently, knowing how little they care about me!

PokerStars is a cesspool of unfairness, where regular players are favored like royalty while newcomers are treated like dirt. The site's rigged algorithms ensure that only the elite few can consistently win, leaving everyone else scratching their heads in frustration. Don't waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being taken for a ride.

Poker Stars is pathetic. I've never seen a site have to go through as much so called maintenance as them, and always asking to Update the "NEW" version to your pc. Then when you open it...NOTHING changed

Played 3 card poker and players got a natural straight. Game got cancelled. A few hands later AA... game got cancelled. Why you ask? Bc the scanner wasn't working at that time. But the times the dealers win it works just fine but when the players win oops not working. Let's be honest players are at a disadvantage when gambling. It's just facts. When we win and there is no fault on the players... pay them. I am going on a mission to write a review on as much platforms as possible. Go elsewhere. Not sure how good or bad the other platforms are but this one will take your money unethical.

Pokerstars allowed me too open up an account,I forgot I had one previously or close it so I opened another 1,as soon as I opened it up I went and deposited a 100 and bam right after getting my money they froze my account and said they removed the email from there servers that I wouldn't be able too access my account...they haven't gave me back my money and they won answer my emails what a joke site

At first you'll have nothing to complain but when you'll have win some money you'll experience the worst luck of your life. There's clearly fake players (bots) who go all in with stupid hands and end up with incredible hands. Sometimes it could be legit but trust me there is no way to win a hand with AA or KK you'll be destroyed by a 5 and 8 or something like that. If you really like playing poker go to a casino or play with your friend. POKERSTAR IS A SCAM

Opened an account deposited 100 dollars lost that in 2 big hands. Deposited another 100 and was greeted with a message explaining my account was locked for an investigation. They won't return my money either. Whatever you do don't trust them. Something funny is going on. I saw many other complaints on the same subject.

Pokerstars is the absolute worst online poker game I've ever played. The software is a joke, The cards are not randomly generated as they claim. The Players the game attracts are an even bigger joke, you'd be better off finding yourself a Bingo game somewhere, if you sign up for that site that's all you'll be playing. All in with a pair of 3's, that's how 90% of the people on that site play. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waist your time or money on this B. S. poker site.

Was thrown out of winning hand, then when I inquired about it was switched to several different agents with no resolution? After hours of diliberation, I tried to withdraw remaining funds. They wouldnt allow me. Kept switching agents and asking for info that provided to there specifications, than told that it was not what they could use? ( need picture in Pdf format, did that and they said it was not a pdf?) Wtf? All in all they are stealing money or they have inadequate agents who dont know what they are doing? I put money in through intera, they take it no problem, but withdrawing is a problem. Dont waste your money. Thats why they moved their operation to the Isle of man, so there was no jurisdiction, when the take your money. Sad that a good site has become so bad. Keep my leftover funds. I wont be adding anymore and will be letting the many people ive informed about your site of how you treated me and you will lose alot players. Screw you

They don't do what they claim. Sign on bonus is just a big lie. What they don't tell you is that you have to spend a good amount to get that sign on bonus and than they break it down so it's done over 5 days. Than playing blackjack every time I get 18,19 or 20 the dealer gets 21. Save your money. You will never win. Not even a lucky win. Stay clear.

I don't understand why they must rigging the game mostly in favor of the higher stack or chip leader. Especially in Knock Out and KO tournaments I lost always with a better hand against higher stack. Most by runner runner turn river and Jokerstars gives you always hole cards nobody can fold. They say the game is fair. Yes if you know your winning hands are 9 2 or 7 3 off suited but nobody plays in that way. This is cheating and they should go to the jail. The only reason they do that is that so many players will re-buy and to fasten the tournaments. Greedy criminals. I hope once there will be an online live poker with real dealer.
