Absolutely no star, never return calls, always off sick or away on holidays, owe us hundreds of £ and even never programmed a till that is still with them after months of ordering... Do NOT even think of spending your money there. Useless people (one man band?), useless excuses all the time, useless service
Paid £4800 for Epos system on 18th January and i was told delivery would be within 10 days. I have ask for my money back and i was told where to "go" on the phone, so i am now trying to go through the legal system to get my money back.Not looking good as they will not answer to my lawyers letters and yet are still taking people's money through there web sight. How can these people still scam on such a scale, PLEASE avoid this company and i hope the actions i have taken will stop pmpos... Please Share...
I ordered 2x epos Sam4000 paid £3300 on 30.05.2012 supposed to receive in 7 working days but didn't receive, had to take them to court in August. They using mail forwarding address I got court hearing date on 14.11.2013 at 12:30 pm if anyone had the same problem with PMPOS please contact me I need to prove to the court I m not the only one been scammed.
Despite emails/phone calls/recorded delivery, still not got my cash register from this company. Its been 2 months now, I paid by debit card, so no refund from the bank.
We were fortunate to have ordered via credit card, so when we got fobbed off for months with lies and excuses we disputed the transaction and got or money back. They are filthy crooks.
We ordered a cash register on the 12/08/2009, made a BACS payment on 14/08/2009 and were told delivery would take place within seven days. After two weeks we cancelled the order and bought the same cash register (a great deal cheaper) elsewhere. According to my account history they cancelled the order on 24/09/2009, and in spite of numerous telephone calls and emails we still have not received a refund to our bank account. This company says it is part of 'The PM Group' but it is obvious from talking to the person in the office that it is no more than a one man band and quite possibly just a 'front'. We are only talking £266.23 but it is enough to make me cross and to say that this company is quite possibly fraudulent. Do NOT deal with them - you can buy eveyrthing they offer from SOUTHERN COUNTIES BUSINESS EQUIPMENT, who are at least reputable and deliver next day!
Has anyone had success getting their money back with bailiffs. We have won a judgement against them but not sure whether to spend evend more money trying to collect money I do not think they have.

Its all crappppppppp. I really don't recommend this to anyone looking for epos systems and other items. The pmcash and pmcatering are also the same
