Purse took forever I had forgotten I ordered it. The material is so thin and flimsy. Looks like a dollar store item. The straps frayed after a couple uses and then just broke. Never again! Keep your money.
Like other emails this company is all lies. I placed an order in december to Australia. I keep emailing and getting no goods no customer service and no refund. Would never use them again and not recommend anyone else to either.
Ordered my product and it definitely doesn't compare any where near to the picture they had online. The product feels like it has poor quality material. Very disappointed because I wanted to give it as a gift.
This company will leave your product in their "transit" facility, which will not issue a refund as long as your order is in "transit". They have no intention of shipping you what you order. Endless emails over a 3 month period is ridiculous and obvious when customer service tells you the same thing over and over. Good luck with this one?

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They copied a listing from my Etsy shop of one my handmade Christmas stockings and posted it for sale on their website. They stole my photo and write up, word for word. The fabric has been discontinued for 3 years and the stocking can't even be made anymore. Their listings are fake.
I ordered a beautiful bath towel for my daughters birthday. She lives ocean animals and has a tattoo of a sea turtle so I ordered the sea turtle bath towel. My order cam today and I got a hand towel with a seahorse on it! Not a sea turtle and not a bath towel a hand towel! So disappointed.

Hello I recently bought A pendent from Pluto99. I have bought several pendents from them with no issue. However, they recently sent me one and I never received it they said it was received and that the fault is on me I get no refund nor do I get my ring.

After several emails, they were still NOT willing to give a refund or send another item to make up for the problem. I have filed a claim with PayPal to try to get refunded.

I can not believe what I went through with these people! I ordered a handbag with skull studs. Looked awesome in the photo. I ordered in Dec did not receive anything until late February. I asked several times for my money back, they would not refund my money, and gave no reason at all why. Customer service is very unprofessional, borderline rude. I finally received the bag and it is so small it is of no use to me. Don't waste your time and money on this scam site from china, all they want is your $$$$$!
Ordered a necklace on Dec 17,2018 and it arrived 4 weeks later. Was unsure what it would look, and it looks great. Good quality, emails kept me informed along the way.
I only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option! They lie and say it will arrive in 2-3 weeks when in fact it dont even leave China in a month! They dont address issues when they arise. They just ignore them. And if you want something from them dont expect to get it within a 2 month range. Very bad business and customer service skills. I wont use them ever again.
Ordered a necklace from this website that charged around 14 dollars for shipment fee. In the end I've waited for 3 months and has gotten nothing from them, not any respond from customer service, no tracking code and most importantly didn't receive my purchase. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SEVICES!
Ordered advertised product. Never received it. Order was placed on 11/23/2018. Below is the statement in the email of the estimated shipping times. "On specialty and giveaway (free) items, please allow up to 3-5 weeks delivery time due to high demand and production for US delivery." This item was a "free" giveaway item charging roughly $10USD in shipping. On 12/30/18 I contacted the seller wondering where my product was as it had been 2 days past the estimated 5 week delivery period. Their response was as follows: "We apologize that you have not received your order yet. This item has been backordered. We'll try to send it out as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once it's shipped. Thank you for your patience." I responded with my frustration that after 5 weeks it had not even shipped yet. Their response was as follows: "We were sorry for the inconvenience. Please allow 3-6 weeks for US delivery and 5-7 weeks for international delivery." By this time, it was then 01/06/19, past the (now suddenly different) 6 week time period for US delivery. I expressed that I would let it slide if I could get it by 01/10/19 as that was the day before the event I specifically purchased the item for. Their response on 01/14/19: "We are sorry to hear you did not receive the order. If you like, we can send you a new item. However that may take 3-6 weeks. Will that be fine with you?" It is now 01/15/19... SEVEN AND A HALF WEEKS later. I still do not have my item.

Products are not worth the sales price. Pay extremely high shipping prices to wait over 8 weeks for items to arrive, still waiting and the items are crap
Crap. Pure crap from China. I ordered in December 2018 about the 15th or ao and I have received 1 item that was so crappily made it is embarrassing. I am still waiting for about 4 more items but if they're as bad as this Ring, they can keep it. Crap. Pure freakin crap.
I ordered something, and when it took a while, i contacted them and they replied and said to bear with them due to covid. I did and it arrived and am very pleased
