What do I do know, I've ordered 2 purses, just looked at my account they only have that I ordered one. Can I get my money back?

You will never get your money back. They will be out money if they did! Thats what they have the nerve to tell people. I have met no one that has had a good experience with these people. You will receive your order some time in the future. Just chalk it up to lesson learned... Pluto 99 is a scam site, your money is what they are after and their products are very small (china) and very very cheaply made! Also china!
