Same experience as the previous posts. I did receive replies to my emails to Plum District, (PD). When I first told them that nothing worked they told me to wait until Dec 30th. Finally on January 4th or 5th I was able to get the Fandango codes. I have used fandango dozens of times and I have purchased codes through Visa/Signature card; $25's worth for $20-they send similar type codes as I received from PD. Although I have received the codes from PD, I have not tried to use them yet on Fandango's site and assume they will work.
As far as the Starbucks codes, (I bought 5 of these deals), When I entered the first one I received an "oops" message explained to try again in a few hours. When I tried the next day, the message said that some of the codes have already been redeemed and others said to try later.
I again complained to PD and a day or so later received an email saying that Digital Doorstep, (DD) the site that redeems their codes was having difficulties and would be working in 72 hours.
At the bottom of DD's site there is a phone #, *******756. For a couple of days all I received was a busy signal. This morning I got through to a recording. It also said, technical difficulties and give them 72 hours and leave a message- the mailbox was full-shocking.
I have bought many Groupon deals in the past and their customer service is great. Groupon will gladly refund unused coupons and have even refunded me a Groupon that I used and didn't like. Groupon has friendly people who actually answer the phones. I asked PD & DD for phone contacts and received only emails.
Below is my most recent reply from them...

Please note that at this time Digital Doorstep is experiencing technical difficulties with its system redemption codes and will be fixed within the next 72 business hours.

Would give 0 star if possible. Site is basically a scam. Codes are not redeemable way after the date. I hope they go under soon.
