After placing my order, I was notified that there would be a delay and offered the chance to cancel. I was not in a hurry and able to wait. The item arrived well before the indicated delay date. I was glad that I waited and that Plumbtile had notified me and didn't keep me hanging. I would definitely do business with them again.

Beware, they have no interest in keeping customers, only making money while they can. After discussion regarding a part that does not fit per our discussion, and then trying to retire so to order a different one... This company not only does not provide shipping. It will not refund and charge a 25% restocking fee. Unbelievable. Especially during a time of online and non personable orders. They make no exceptions for the situations. Everybody else is going to make us exceptions except the business. Terrible. Do not do business with them. I'm sure it's from China anyway.
They didnt refund my money, i buy myson radiators from them, after a year one of them is leaking, we call the company and send the video to them, they saw the leakage, but they want us to send the radiator to Vermont store its about $400 shipping, or drive to there its about 5 hours, they see the video why they dont give me mr refund, nobody want to pay, either myson or plumtile, they dont care..

I had this item in my cart for a total with shipping of $400.21.
I was waiting for a call from CS and when I went to check out the cost had gone up to. $424.00. So I had to pay 24.00 more than the original quote. When I asked your CS to honor the cart price of $400.21 because I was waiting on a return call from CS. The agent said they would not honor the price that I originally quoted a few hours earlier.
I have not received this order that was placed on June 1st. Have received no feedback or advisement of delay. Very disappointed in this transaction and would not do business with this company again. I hope to hear from them soon to help me resolve this issue.
You canceled my order that I made a few months ago and never emailed me personally to let me know. In the chaos of the pandemic we just realized it had never arrived.
It said free shipping and no tax advertised on google shopping. And then at final check out it charged me tax. Even at pre final price it hadn't charged me tax. Once it went through amazon pay it charged me tax.
I ordered two separate items. They were never shipped and customer service response was very slow. I had to call back multiple times.
Order has been "processing" forever, several phone calls, put on hold and then told "processing"

On your website, I could not find any product information for GTC-782 (such as dimensions, material, hardware required/included, etc.), so I clicked on "Talk to an expert". I tried it twice and my session timed out both times leading me to believe that the option was not really available at that time/date. I was given the option to leave a message, but I was wanting to place my order today. I went to other websites to get the information I needed. You have a good price, but I did not find the website to be very helpful.
Service sucks. Product takes too long to deliver and processing kept being delayed. No consideration for clients time sensitive needs.

ordered a small fixture to hold the shower head ten days ago. Never received it or any indication that it had been shipped. Nothing Nada!
I couldn't see shipping times and the button said Continue and NOT PLACE ORDER. Now I ordered it and I need it soon and I don't know. Now I have to call and possibly cancel. Website sucked.
I ordered this months ago and my order was canceled for some reason with no email to inform me. We need this fixture and I'm frustrated with the lack of communication.
1. I tried to checkout and pay and it required me to create a new account. I did create a new account but then it did not recognize my password.
2. It said I would get a 5% discount if I signed up my email as a first time customer. I signed up but at checkout I didn't see any 5% discount
Attempted to purchase items. Shopping cart kept saying invoice already active. Was unable to use paypal as transaction merchant.
After I purchased the original shelving product I was contacted by one of your reps via email and asked if I wanted the brackets to hang the product. In all of the photos of the product the brackets are shown. So I assume that the brackets to hang the product were part of the order. I was then sent in order for the brackets which were almost equally as expensive as the entire original purchase. Original purchase was approximately $2000 and the brackets were $1780. I tried to get your rep to call me back so that we could talk about the issue. Ultimately we were able to come to an agreement on a reduction in the price of the brackets but she continued to let me know that was my problem and not yours or a lack of information on your website. I try to be polite through the email banter but found the customer service to be ridiculous both in the fact that I was not called to have a discussion and for your rep to continue to browbeat me as a customer. This would never happen at my company. I have developed over 175 homes in the last 10 years and will not be doing business with your company again.
If you are charging shipping, you need to have let me know at checkout. Not in a separate email asking for payment for shipping.

The site experience was poor. The merchandize is good. But, the site wouldn't take my information. I had to reenter it 3 times. Bad news.
It said continue, not order, when I put in cc number....I wanted to see how long it would take to ship, if I could get faster shipping, or if the item was in stock. Not good at all. I want to cancel the order because I have NO idea how long it will take to receive order.
I was provided 2 discount codes to use at check out but the site would only recognize one code. The website needs to be modified to accept more that one code.
Was not sent a confirming email when I placed the order. Called merchant and they were unable to send email until regular business hours. Several days later still have not received confirmation email. Not sure if they have my order, when they will ship. Very annoying.

Lucy, we represent over 1 million items on our site, when an order for a part is placed we need to get it from our supplier, unfortunately they charge us a 25% restocking fee which we need to pass on to our customers in order to maintain our lowest pricing guarantee. I wish there was a way around this policy but in order for suppliers to accept returns they do demand a restock fee. Sorry for your disappointment.
