Great site they responded very fast, previous issue resolved Just remember, patience is the key guys Playerup is the best website for seller, buyer and trader and if you ever see scam just report them playerup take super fast action to those scammer! The best way to trade is through middleman to avoid scam!

Also I had a googlepay related issue. They fixed that as well. Thought I had to send my ID but apparently not the case. Googlepay will auto approve the payment and do verification themselves. This is the payment method you should use if you're paying through playerup.

Never received payment (since december 22)

Sold a game account on playerup. Since the day the deal was made the middleman haven't payed. Tried to reach to playerup several times including on-site communication, reddit and telegram but I don't get any response from the team. Can't tell if there is an issue on the company of it is a scam portal since I got no answers.
I have already contacted my company's lawyer, and we are currently gathering data to file a report with the EU Anti-Fraud Office in the hope that this will lead to further action in the USA.
I will provide an update in the meantime if I receive any contact regarding my payment or confirmation that this is indeed a scam.

I've been a member on PLAYERUP for about a year now and honestly, it's more of a community than anything to me. I've been helped in various ways and have even had the opportunity to help others, which is a good feeling.

When I first found playerup I was a little hesitant as I didn't know who was behind it or if it was some sort of scam that I didn't understand. Since then, I have bought several properties and have sold various services there to other members without even the slightest issue.

Today, I don't look at any other sites and any deals I find outside of pu, I request that we move onto playerup because that is where I feel protected and safe when dealing with digital products.

It's a good place to do business and a good community to be part of. I enjoy it and I'm sure you will as well.

Be careful with some of these 0 feedback sellers on playerup and always use playerup middleman. I nearly got scammed but thankfully I paid through middleman services and they refunded my payment in full. They have a good system for protecting buyers and grateful for them protecting me and giving me my money back.

Following up on my last review, as usual, after I left the negative review I immediately got a reply after months of silence claimed that they actually had already paid me and I just didn't withdraw the money. Like most of what they say this is a lie.

And to keep the party going, they claim they will only pay if I delete my negative review. Something I've actually done twice so far and still haven't been paid.

Review update - Within minutes of writting the review the middleman replying saying I need to delete the review again to get paid. THE STATUS IS NOT RESOLVED LIKE MR JASON SAYS

TLDR: Sold an account a month ago, the buyer got the account and I never got paid for it. Do not use this website

I tried selling an old game account I had on this website, without proper research because there's plenty of negative reviews about it online, and I paid for it...

I got an offer for my account on 30/09 and the way the website "works" is that after an offer is accepted and paid for a 3-way conversation is created between the seller(me), the buyer, and the "Middleman" (The middleman is the website's staff).

In this conversation, the buyer hands over the account details and the seller confirms he got what he paid for. After that the "sell" is complete and the payment process is supposed to begin...

7 days to by without any updates and I tried to message the Middleman to see what was going on. No reply... I looked everywhere on their website and tried every single method of support available and got no response whatsoever...

So after realizing I got screwed I came to this website and wrote a complaint like this one... Within minutes I had a reply from the Middleman asking me why I filed a complaint and didn't try to contact them before... BS. He then says I have to delete my negative review before they can continue with the payment, hilarious but I comply to see if anything comes of it. (Just checked and he deleted the messages asking me to delete the review but I got it screenshotted)

So now that I deleted the review, the payment process "starts" saying it takes up to 4 days... 6 days go by and I message him again but no reply. Another 2 days go by and I message him again saying the negative review is going back up and within minutes, yet again, I got a reply asking to switch my payment method... I actually give him another option and 5 days go by and they say they are "working on the payment methods" I chose, that they have listed on their website as supported... More BS

They'll just keep leading me on and on like I read on other reviews that aren't written by their own staff and I'll never see my money.

Do a bit of research before using such websites as I should've...

I have done like 4 sales as a seller on this site and I think it's safe to say I'm satisfied with it. So far I haven't got scammed and the MM transaction process is smooth that I could give game account information under less than 24 hour after 3 Way Ticket conversation were provided. Middleman system provides enough security checks that I have no doubt giving acc info like that. Although, my payment got delayed sometuimes (I probably did something stupid during the process lol) but got the money nonetheless so I'm happy. Keep it up!

Buyers and sellers beware. Unfortunately, website owner (middleman) does not pay the sellers' money, and when you message him "why you do not pay the money?" he bans the sellers' accounts. That's why the sellers on that website don't want to deliver the purchased accounts. This website owe me about 100$, when first time after 6 month i asked him to pay my money he deduct about 15$ from cashout pending money, second time after 1 year when i asked him again "Why don't you pay me?" he deduct about 15$ again for no reason. And now he say "we owe u only small 50$" and nothing again, nothing! He does not even pay that small 50$ and has banned my account

The site refuses to pay out and ignores all my messages via Discord ect, they give a timeline on payouts then refuse to pay and make delays which have led to months.

I was blocked from my account on this site. I am a seller who has been actively selling accounts on this site without interruptions for more than 2 years. The account was blocked due to the fact that an inadequate user, who fraudulently wants to return the money, filed a complaint against me. I asked Playerup to unblock my profile so that I could resolve the issue with this inadequate seller, but they have not answered my mail for a very long time.

Edit: issue is sorted with live chat. Will now upload evidence showing the buyer is fraud. Thanks playerup

I've gone through PlayerUp and sold a game account, back in September 2024. It took about 1 month for them to credit my so called MM wallet with fund, which I then withdrew to my E wallet. Since then I've been waiting so long to get the money that supposed to be only passing through them.
There's no slightest transparancy in their process, I messaged them countless of times but they'll find excuces to stall the process
So this is a warning for those who want to sell on their site and using middleman service, Beware you would lose stuff instead of getting money.

I bought a th14 last august. Seller was awful, nothing but problems for 2 months. Today playerup helped me get the order cancelled and I received a refund. Long story short, buy accounts from sellers with feedback. 0 feedback sellers are too risky. Thankfully I paid through middleman services on playerup and I got my funds back but it's too risky doing business without middleman if you're buying from a no feedback seller.

I used to sell on this website.It was all fine until I had to wait months for them to give me the sum of around 80$.Once I one starred review on trust pilot they contacted me in about 2 minutes to give me compensation and stuff.I of course changed the review to 5 stars and I got my money.After a week they opened a report on paypal,banned me off their website so I had no proof of them talking to me,and lost.They scammed me out of my money + I had to pay a fee of 20-25 $ for the paypal claim.Never do business with them.

On our end I am unable to locate any problems with any of your transactions but if in event their was a mistake on our end we'll be more than happy to re-credit you the amount you're due. This site is amaizing if u looking to buy there but for sellers its not recommended. It is really safe but waiting time is so long. I sold mine account month ago and still i didnt get money ( Got it only in middleman cash on site). 2 weeks ago i wanted to withdraw middleman cash and got this message: "Your payment has been successfully scheduled to be sent and it will appear in your Account within an estimated 1-96 hours". But waiting time is way longer.

Site safe to use. Would be nice to have a telephone line and online chat for everyone for any problems. Recommended site and lots of accounts advertised on. It is indeed nr1 for what they offer. But if improvement would not hurt. All together happy with it, and will use again in future. Stay safe people and use a middleman for your own safety. Keep it up playerup.
