I've had an account with this site since 2013 never tried to purchase anything until this last week. After browsing the store I found the item I wanted and attempted to purchase it. I was then denied purchasing the item until my email was verified so I had it send the email verification. This is where the problems began as I never received email verification. After trying at random times over the next 24 hours with no luck I attempted contacting customer support. After no response from them within 48 hours I proceeded to make a new account with my work email. The email verification immediately showed up and I went along making my purchase. While I was waiting for my purchase I got an email stating my new account was in direct violation of their site rules and was being banned. I attempted to contact them via email to which they now responded saying they only allow one account per Ip address, which is understandable. I asked if they could help me get the email verification to send to my original account to which I was greeted with more silence. I cannot exactly recommend this site but your experience may differ.

Bought an account, unfortunately the seller recovered it. Thankfully, I also purchased sale insurance, and was hopeful credit would be compensated for my loss. I submitted a reclamation form, and I waited for more than one month, and got no response from them. In addition, they also ended up closing my reclamation regarding the account, with no compensation whatsoever. So, my money is essentially gone. Also, the same account was relisted on the website as well! Unacceptable; terrible company and will never do business with them again.

We don't allow reclamation or unauthorized reselling, and if the seller has violated all these things (taking down our site's reputation in the process), then he should no longer be allowed to stay on PlayerAuctions.

If you ever have a dispute issue or have to verify you identity with them you might as well not buy anything there support is absolute dog $#*! they wont help u and if u have a disopute with a seller because they screwed u over expect to wait 6-88 months ot get your refund and if they want you to verifiy yourself which they wait till ur purchase is complete they pretty much ask for enough information and pictures to steal ur credit/debit card info its insane. Tldr if you get "random verify" just refund and go somehwere else and customer service is $#*! and useless
