Everytime i go in... the energy is uptight and just weird. Paranoia in the air. To the extent i witnessed someone bring in a clean banger (which i know u can't do), and the workers basically accosted him w "get that out of here..." etc in which the customer was so upset and thrown off he threw his banger at their glass case and broke it. I know it sounds like the devil's advocate, but the vibes they give off are enough to make one annoyed. Owner must be a punk. Who knows.

Looks like I'm not the only person ripped off by this site. I ordered seven tees in July 10, like everyone else they charged me before delivery, took a few months and I got four tees delivered, (amazing I got anything at all when you see some other comments). After one and a quarter years I'm still waiting on my last three tees! I have sent numerous emails which most are ignored, sometimes replied by this so called Brad, worked out an alternative three tees four months ago to be sent as my initial three were unavailable, (but still 'available' on their website). Surprise, Surprise the last three have still not been sent out!

This Brad and his company are either completely incompetent and useless or are clever con artists, fraudsters!

Either way you should avoid this company like the plague!

I live overseas and have ordered tees through Relapse Records in America which got delivered to my country in a week!

This useless company is 1 and a 1/4 years and still going, what a farce!

I too ordered 5 shirts for xmas gifts in November 2010. It has been 9 MONTHS! It took a couple months before i received a few of them. After the repeated phone calls (which never ended with actually talking to someone) and all the emails... i still have not received one of my shirts. I have had conversations through email but i too was told items were back ordered and i am still waiting to receive my alternate choice. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with... i really wish i would have reviewed them before i gave them my money. This is a huge joke!

I placed an order for 7 shirts from this company and it took them about 3 months to send me anything, and this was only after i sent a number of emails and got no response and finally called them and discovered that some of the shirts were backordered so they sent me nothing and never told me anything about it, After finally getting 4 shirts and the other 3 being on backorder it has been another 2 months and i still havent gotten the other 3 and i have emailed and called several times and gotten no response or even had anyone answer the phone. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, by far, and warn people to stay away.

When it comes to online shopping, this website is absolutely the WORST. I ordered 4 shirts, it took them forever to ship them, close to a month of something, and the worst part is that they only shipped 3 while i paid for 4, i got an email that says they couldnt find one of the shirts i asked for and asked me if i liked something different, so i requested a different shirt that was never sent, i sent a bunch of emails and tried to call but never got an answer back, absolutely the worst service ever.

Buyer beware! I wish I would've read the reviews before I made a purchase on planetcaravan.com!
Needless to say, my order never arrived and no response from the company after repeated phone calls and email. I now am forced to go through the dispute process with my credit card company.
I am an advid online shopper, and planetcaravan.com is hands-down the worst site for customer service and follow through. The more I think about it, they are nothing more than theives who stole my money!

I bought a t-shirt from this horrendous company a month ago. They originally did charge my credit card but the charge fell off a couple days later (Iguess I'm lucky in that regard). Its a month later now and no shirt. I tried emailing and left a voicemail. No response to either... I have never had a problem buying anything in my life. Before the internet or after the internet. This "bRAD" guy sounds like a joke. Is my order canceled? Who frickin knows as they dont answer their phones... stay far away. The guy has no clue on running a business...

Planet Caravan Thief - On 11/17/09 I placed and order at planet-caravan.com for a couple of rock t-shirts to be given as Christmas gifts. As it seemed to be taking an unusual amount of time, I made multiple phone calls and emails to find out the status of my order, but never got a response. When I filed a report with paypal the seller responded...'all orders placed on that day were messed up'. He apologized and offered me free shipping but never refunded my shipping costs. So, six weeks after the order was placed, and on December 27, I received a package. One of the items ran unusually big, but the other was not what I'd ordered. I'd ordered a t-shirt and got a sweatshirt. I tried to contact the seller, again with no luck. I then packaged the items and returned them Priority Mail with tracking. He got them 3 days later, but won't respond and won't send my refund. I'm out $37 for the 2 items as well as about $15 for shipping both ways. He's not responded to my requests for a refund and as the original order took so long, it's too late to get anything done with paypal. Rip-off site... don't waste your money as I did!
