My package was received by Pitney Bowes ~ to drop off with USPS for final delivery ~ on 2/2/22. It sat at this Pitney Bowes' facility for 3 days before arriving at a SECOND facility. The package sat at the second facility for 5 DAYS before being shipped to a THIRD facility ~ this third facility was only ONE STATE OVER from the second facility. According to PB's tracking, my package is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, 2/12/22, but as USPS still isn't in receipt of the package, that's NOT going to happen! In fact, because it'll take another 2-3 days after USPS actually has the package, if they ever get it, that means Pitney Bowes will have taken OVER TWO WEEKS to deliver my package that was supposed to be delivered at the latest in 10 days! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANY COMPANY WHO USES PITNEY BOWES AS THEIR SHIPPER BECAUSE THEIR SERVICE STINKS!
UPDATE: It's been 6 DAYS since my original review and PB still has NOT delivered my package over to USPS for delivery. It sat ANOTHER 6 DAYS in the IN facility, finally "departing" that facility yesterday 2/16. Where it's going and how long it'll take to get there is anybody's guess. PB has had my package for a total of 15 DAYS now ~ this is not only ridiculous, it's nothing less than incompetent service! There's no way of contacting an actual person from PB that I can find and the website refers customers to contact the company where the order originated for questions and complaints. I contacted my credit card company and they have temporarily refunded the money from Amerimark.com because I still haven't received the order.
Pony express could deliver faster than Pitney Bowes! My packages sit for at least 10 days with no movement before they're is an update. I've called all business I shop from and asked them to dump Pitney Bowes! This was not news to them!
I ordered an article of clothing from a company that chose Pitney Bowes as their delivery company. (Who knew Pitney Bowes was in the delivery business?) Anyway, my package was picked up by Pitney Bowes and was delivered to one of their warehouses over a week ago and has just been sitting there ever since. NO ONE from PB will speak to me and if you try to use their chat feature it connects you to a lawyer for a pay by the minute feature. I contacted the company I ordered from and they blamed the postal service who has never had the package in their possession.
Going through Pitney Bowes who has the worst reputation in sending packages so slow is never a good choice. Petyay in China blame Corona Virus for the slowness but it's Pitney Bowes fault. I heard that this has been going on for a long time and I hope to warn many. I really don't think they understand English.
Pitney Bowes held the package of mine for two weeks in Lost Angeles. Then it arrived at Pitney Bowes in Indiana where I'm told will be another two weeks there. Kansas City is between Lost Angeles and Indiana. I don't live too far from Kansas City yet my package got sent an extra 2000 miles away.
Sounds like somebody mailed their brains off and we're CRAZY to ever trust them again. Stupid can't fix stupid and I will add my yes to Pitney Bowes already bad reputation. Pitney is a good name because they are indeed pitiful.
