Bought an audio box with studio one artist, very neat packing, great customer service. Ordered Tascam dp-008ex but after I ordered, found out it was out of stock and it was going to take an extra week to get it, so they refunded my money without question. When something goes bad, which sometimes things do, as long as they stand behind their word they are good in my book.
