I've been waiting for months for a simple internal transfer on Pionex. All my assets are stuck and I get only copy-paste responses from support. They keep saying "we will inform you once it's done" but never give an ETA. I've contacted support, emailed, messaged admins privately — nothing changes. Every promised date is pushed further. Despite completing all verifications and following every step, my funds are frozen with no explanation. This behavior is unacceptable and feels dangerously close to fraud. As someone who planned long-term investment using Pionex, I now feel betrayed and will warn others. Transparency and trust are missing here. Avoid Pionex until they fix this mess.
