This company is thriving from not responding to customers who need to return items. So instead you get stuck with a bad suit and they keep your money.
I have been emailing them in every platform, social media etc and they will not respond the minute I requested a return or refund. The suit quality I was sent was horrible...! Didn't even fit and that is my normal size in swimsuit. They overcharge for the bad quality and they stuffed the suit into a bag after waiting almost 3 months to receive it. Sloppy packaging that included no packing slip, no order number no anything! Making it hard to return. I've requested a return order number which they never gave me and they never respond. I posted on their social media and they only respond to comments like "nice color suit" etc. Do NOT ORDER! This company has the worst customer service by far!

After completing my first order via the Pinkcolada website and getting half of it to go missing, the customer service at Pinkcolada was fantastic in assisting me in resolving the issue. They maintained continuous direct contact and acted as quickly as needed to resolve the situation. All of my pieces came in excellent condition and fit well! I'll certainly be buying more swimsuits from here in the future!

I had some very small issues with shipping, and the customer care representative took care of it so quickly! Incredible support, and the swimsuits are comfortable and supportive, have an excellent look, and are of excellent quality. I'll buy from this online store again. Thank you very much!

The black sarong cover-up is very feminine and chic. It looks pretty elegant. I can confidently wear it and walk around on the beach. The material is silky smooth and flows beautifully. To date, this is one of my favourite beach cover-ups.

Why did I buy a swimsuit for summer when it will take them over 3 months to ship it to me? This is ridiculous, every month that goes by, I try to be patient but they only tell me that it will be another month before they ship! Now, 3 months later, summer is almost over, and I still dont have the ONE bathing suit I paid almost $100 for! Terrible, terrible, terrible!

I already own 3 sets of pinkcolada bikini sets. I love the company and its services. The products are always up to the mark. They never disappoint. Been waiting eagerly for the company to update the one-pieces sections.
