This is a good site to shop on. Pinkbasis has some of the best shoes and the best prices in town. You have so much to look at and to pick from. Pinkbasis have great sales all the time in all colors, sizes and styles.
I have been contacting Pink Basis for 2 yrs. Regarding an order that I received where one swimsuit size small was way too BIG and the other swimsuit bag had been opened and taped. I do not know if it was a return and someone else had tried it on. I mailed back the 2 swimsuits and never received a refund. I asked them I was told I was out of the return dates but I had been contacting them about the opened bag and the issue was never resolved. I just sent another e-mail a few days ago & I have not heard back. I still have my receipt. I am a business owner myself & this is totally unacceptable.
Pinkbasis isnt a scam they sent the boots... Nice condition. Only thing was they were to small for its size it was supposed to be... :-\ i wished they fit really cute
