I ordered a combo present for my daughter to be sent to Romania. It was delivered on time. So I'm quite satisfied. These guys are not very professional, it took plenty of time to place to order with sending scans of credit card etc, but they didn't seem to be scammers. I believe, soon they'll improve their service and everything will be just fine. Anyway they offer a good choice at reasonable prices. So I wish them good luck!.
Sent a new year gift to my sister in Sweden which was supposed to deliver on dec 30. Today it is jan 2. I've tried to reach out to them by email, chat and phone. They do not reply email, chat is just an automatic service and phone they don't answer or they say "i will check with my team" and dont call back. This is just unbeliavable!

It arrived one day late but the flowers were great and they answered me quickly and correctly on their website.

They Delivered the order 1 day late, my sister finally got the flowers in Oslo Norway.
The quality of the flowers was not as in the picture but it was OK not that bad either.AT first I was very scared because I saw all these negative reviews I was thinking I got tricked... but Luckily It turned out to be fine. I'm not sure if this work with everyone though... For next time I would highly recommend websites which have option to pay with Paypal. Stick to them only. It's the safest option.

I ordered one for my gf and it was supposed to be delivered by 19/APR.
However, delivery was not completed on the requested date (not surprised at all... since I read all those reviews...)
I didn't look up reviews before I ordered, so I was pissed when I saw those comments and when it actually happened to myself.
Their responses were not late. It was quick and fast, got an immediate response when I asked questions about my order.
It finally came a day after (which means at least they are not a total scam...) and the flowers' conditions were good. I was worrying about those flowers since they were going through some different provinces, but it was good.
I know special gift gets special when they are on time with a right place... so even this was my first order from them, I would say they are not perfect for making it on time (as what they said on their website), however, it's not a total scam... means they are not just taking your money away without sending any flowers.
Still not the best choice, but for those whom are worrying like myself after completed orders, it will come and giving flower will happen.
I'm from the US and I sent flowers to te Philippines. I got my package ahead of time. I thought I got scammed because I saw all the bad reviews, but my package came. Also when my girlfriend got the flowers it was better than I thought it would be. The flowers were fragrant also the plush bear and the card too, and the arrangement was beautiful. The customer service tho is quite a head scratcher, first I asked how to check the status of my order, then she just said "order number" then I sent it then she told me that my package will be delivered on the 24th sorry for the inconvenience... so I thought that I got scammed but I WAS NOT. Then after that I asked her how to open my account because I want to look at my order but it won't go through so I kept changing my password and it still won't go through that's why I asked the rep and I waited for like 30mins and she didn't replied. So to finalize I got the package ahead of time, Product is better than I expected but it had some little damages on the flower, and Customer service not so helpful.
Placed an order to deliver flowers to my wife on her B'day. It was not delivered on time and I waited till 7:00 PM that day to call their customer service. The customer service guy had no clue why it was not delivered so he blamed on their suppliers. He was not helpful. I called again and reached an other customer service guy who told me that it was out for delivery and apologized for the delay. I was ready to cancel my order but he insisted that I wait for couple hours to see if it gets delivered. So finally it was delivered at 8:00PM, when the day was almost over. The order met my expectations. But anyway I'd like thank the delivery guy who took efforts to get it delivered on the same day despite all the traffic issues that he had to go through.
