I feel famous now!

These guys are amazing! They created a signature for me that makes my name look like it is an autograph from a movie star. I didn't even have to request for a revision, but I had a couple questions about the delivery, and they replied superfast. Now my email signature looks as professional as me.

I really wanted to like this service. The concept is awesome. The product was not delivered in time to be used and the revisions got progressively worse. I requested a refund. They offered another revision. At some point it just gets ridiculous. Wasted time. But it was a very nice concept if it had worked and there are a lot of good examples on their landing page. Maybe I'm just picky about my brand.

Generic and Computer Generated

Advertised as being made by a Calligrapher, but they aren't. They are a generic computer generated signature with generic graphics that you pay extra for. There is no refund if you aren't happy with the reviews, which seem to get worse instead of better. If you know anyone who can use Canva, just make your own signature. In the end I gave up asking for review after review as they just did a quick "choose another font" and sent it back to me. An expensive mistake to make and despite requesting a refund (which they don't do) I just got their standard "copy and paste" reply.

Frustrating experience

Asked for several revisions. Purchased logo in Gold, finished product looked different than what was originally advertised and had to ask for another revision to correctly provide what was advertised.

Overall, would not recommend.

Totally unacceptable. They never provided a sample to reject, claim work that wasn't done, and then refuse to make it right. I ordered a business card from them, the "final" that they provided made it look like I sold clown shoes, not professional wildlife pictures.

Such beautiful work

Software is OK, Logo meh

The software is easy to use, but you can easily do the same thing via other software editing tools as a photographer. The signature is just a font they use. In my opinion the value is low considering what you pay and what you receive.

I loved the idea of calligraphic script as my signature logo. The artist who drew my logo had an excellent understanding of aesthetic rhythm and flow. Being a huge fan of good hand writing and also a proud owner of several ink pens, this kind of art being sustained impresses me. Highly recommend Photologo - they're inventive and unique, great find!

Stay away from this company.

My experience with Photologo was terrible. First I chose the standard delivery, after I asked for one small change the timeframe more than doubled. After that it took over a week to see the final product. After approval it took another week to get the Initials done. The sample was so small for approval I could barely see it. I also selected help with business cards. Photologo does no work designing the business card, they just provide a link to another company where you can design it yourself. I tried contacting them about my issues and the person I spoke with named Daniele was no help, just acting like everything was ok. I asked to have a supervisor to call me. I have now been waiting 3 days with no contact. Stay away from this company, They sell you something for a small amount and then upsell you for hundreds of dollars. You can NEVER speak to anyone. Don't do business with them or you will be frustrated.

Great product to add that professional touch

Although I was hesitant when I ordered it because of the cost, I was so suprised and happy when I received it and I've had comments on it when I've added it to my photographs.

You also get the option to make a couple of changes to the signature before accepting the final result.
Love the fact you can also buy addons such as changing the colour of your signature to red, blue etc.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional looking signature to be added to their photographs or in fact anything else that requires a signature.

The experience with Photologo was great! The ordering process was super easy and I got my Photologo before I expected! Love how they designed it and I had to buy Initials and a 3D Kinetic Logo from them. I can't wait to receive them as well!

They make your product look awesome but lie about their short deadlines and THERE IS NO REFUND, EVEN IF YOU DISLIKE THEIR RENDERINGS... even if you don't download any of their versions. I gave instructions for how I wanted it to look and was told on their CHAT that if I asked for a revision, I could choose. NOT TRUE... they delete first version as soon as you request. READ THEIR FAQ FILE AND THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Their CHAT person (as shown in image) says we can choose between revisions. THEY LIED... previous versions are deleted! Please post this on every photography site you belong to.

But we do accept free revisions so every customer can be safe that at the end of the process, they will have a design of their signature that they will like.

The fine print says its a site from China, I am out 170 bucks! They have sent me down load buttons, but nothing gets downloaded. Be Cautious! See images below... Screen one tells u to down load... screen two, tells you gain to download but np link to be found!

This website/service is horrible. The samples they provide on the website and all their Marketing materials look very professional. Once you pay for their service, the work is very amateurish. I dont know if they use junior/cheap calligraphers or not, but I am very disappointed. What a waste of money. They offer 3 revisions, I sent them an example of what I like, they still didn; t do what I asked them

Awful company.

This website reputes to sell logos for photographers. It heavily advertises (read: spams) on social media, including Instagram & Facebook. I ordered one of their logos which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. After over twice the time had gone by, I emailed the company and politely asked where my logo was. The company never delivered the product and never responded to emails. I was lucky to have paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back after filing a dispute.

Photologo specifically directs consumers to their Facebook page for reviews. They do have a lot of positive reviews, but they are quick to delete ANY and ALL negative (read: honest) experiences with their company, rather than trying to resolve customer complaints.

This company should be avoided at all costs.
