I have been staying with Photobookcanada since 10+ years ago and never turned back to other companies since then. I produced more than 50 photobooks over these years and was never disappointed. I can see them having immense improvement over the years both with the product quality, choices as well as adherence to the timeline of production and shipment. Their customer service has always been responsive in a timely manner. The only negative is that their shipment fee has been increasing quite a lot over these years which is understandable in view of the inflation. My way of reducing the impact is to get ready a few projects before sending out for order to cut down the shipping cost. I definitely have no reservation in recommending the company to anyone who wants to produce good quality photobooks.

I love Photobook because it provides you with a great quality product at an affordable price, and you receive your products in a very timely manner. It's been years I've been using this website to make my albums, and never had any issues.

Have been using photobook canada for years to make my books. They are easy to create, great value and always have lots of promotions and deals. But most importantly their customer service is consistently excellent whe needed.

I had ordered canvas for the website, It's easy to create and use it. The website offers discounts and promotions, making it even more affordable, I recommend if you want the good quality and Inexpensive

The selection of templates, backgrounds, fonts, and layouts was extensive, ensuring that I could create a truly one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

I like being able to design products exactly how I want. There are many products to choose from such as photobook, photo prints, home decoration, and useful items. Quality products at cheap prices. Admins are very helpful in making products.

Loved the quality and look of the photo prints. The delivery was timely. And the customer service was helpful to sort out my require extension. Thumbs up 👍🏾

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are rude and very deceiving. They are not Canadian and you will be charged duty and custom fees. When I called to speak to customer service, Aliya was very argumentative. She consistently cut me off when I tried to explain that their website should say "photobook Worldwide" not "Photobook Canada" because it lets its potential customers assume that they are supporting a Canadian company when really, they're not. Will not be ordering here again.

The quality of the final product was truly outstanding, surpassing all expectations, and coupled with exceptional customer service, it created an exceptional overall experience for the customers.

Simply awful in every way. For starters, Photobook Canada has NOTHING to do with Canada. They are based in Malaysia and when I reached out, they said they wanted to get Canadians to buy their products so came up with the idea to create the name Photobook Canada and included an Ontario address in their contact page (basically to trick them into purchasing from them). Nowhere on their site do they mention Malaysia in any way. They said they have done this with many countries as well, which makes me sick to my stomach as they are clearly okay with duping innocent consumers worldwide.

I only realized this when I got a notice for a customs bill. I was surprised to receive this bill as I thought I was purchasing from a domestic/local company, something I always check when shopping online, so I reached out. That is when they told me they are not in Canada but in Malaysia and they created this site and company name to get Canadians to buy from them. I told them that had I known, I would never have purchased any products from them as I'm not spending $20+ on customs for 3 calendars worth $40 that I can easily have done within Canada.

I requested a refund as I was deceived and misled to make this purchase and no longer want their services, and they refused. Further to my frustration, they charge shipping fees PER item you order, even if the items are all in the same order and going to the SAME ADDRESS.

So for 3 calendars worth $40, they charged $29 in shipping (3 separate shipping fees), then you get a surprise $21 customs bill. $50 in shipping and customs for $40 worth of items! The only thing they said they can offer is a store credit in the amount of just the customs bill. They think I want a store credit for their deceptive company and spend another outrageous amount in shipping and customs? Are they out of their minds? I'm just speechless after dealing with them and am completely disgusted at these kind of businesses that are just total scum and have no integrity or soul.
