I'm a repeat customer at Photo4Less and I've once again experienced the superior service I've come to expect. I rcently ordered a Nikon 18-105mm VR lens and it was a super-smooth transaction. Their customer service is astounding! I find that in addition to their great prices they have the added advantage of cheaper (& high quality) filters and accessories for my lenses and cameras. Love it!
I was quite surprised when I returned a Nikon D850 purchased from Phot 4 Less to Nikon for service and service was refused. Not just warranty service, but they refused to service the camera in any way. It appears that Photo 4 Less sells "grey market" cameras that have no factory option for service in the US. I probably saved a few dollars by purchasing there, but now have a $3k useless camera. BEWARE!
Their entire process was great, the ease of ordering, the speed of the shipping and the packaging, and of course their prices are great, I highly recommend photo 4 less.
Very satisfied customer. Excellent experience and will definitely order again soon. Love my new camera and case.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience encountered with the Nikon D850 camera. I would be frustrated too having a camera go faulty, especially of such high value.
Please note, we specified on our Nikon listings that they do not include a US warranty as they are covered internationally only. We offer the option of third-party warranty a the time of purchase so customers could take advantage in case something does go wrong. We're sorry that at this point there are no options left at no additional cost.
We do have a warranty provider that would be happy to warrant the camera at a discount. Please get in touch with us for more information as it's our sole priority that you are satisfied.
