I ordered a dress in October. The company deducted £7 more from my credit card than the price of the dress + postage. And on my statement I saw that the 'company' is based in China... A completely different dress arrived to what I ordered, so I sent it back (UK post box address) Two months later I am still waiting for my refund in spite of 6 emails. My fault, I should have known better, the web site is not even secure (http, not https) I don't suppose I will ever get my money back, but this is just to warn everyone else! Don't confuse this site with the official Phase Eight website,( which is fine, no problems with them)

I ordered two jackets last year, they never arrived, does anyone have their email address? They answered emails at first, but not now.
