I ordered a dress in October. The company deducted £7 more from my credit card than the price of the dress + postage. And on my statement I saw that the 'company' is based in China...
A completely different dress arrived to what I ordered, so I sent it back (UK post box address) Two months later I am still waiting for my refund in spite of 6 emails.

My fault, I should have known better, the web site is not even secure (http, not https)
I don't suppose I will ever get my money back, but this is just to warn everyone else!

Don't confuse this site with the official Phase Eight website,( which is fine, no problems with them)

Ordered two dresses, kept one and sent the other back for a refund.
Their ticket system for correspondence is unnecessarily complicated.
Also one of the dresses was described as silk, which it is not (has been checked by a person who works in fabrics) You don't realise it when you order, because they hide it pretty well on their website, but the clothes are from Hong Kong. And their sizing system is inconsistent and erratic.
