Charges 15% to return a defective product, unless you opt for a replacement product. Anna is very rude over email. Do not buy parts from here, they are defective and they won't refund you your full purchase price.

Shipped a pump that broke in 4 weeks, made us pay shipping costs of $100 to ship it back. Took 15 days to"process" refund and then took 18% off for restocking charge. Claimed they charge that if you don't get a replacement from them but they had no stock to even have that option. This place is a bunch of crooks!

EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED - RUDE PEOPLE

They advertise they have the parts, you purchase them (yes they debit your card for the whole purchase) and then start sending you emails that items will be back ordered for months. When you request a credit for the items they can't provide, they get rude and nasty. Anna is seriously lacking in customer service skills. Take your business to SupplyHouse.com. They are wonderful and very on top of it.

Borderline fraud

Partial ship your order then refuse to issue you refunds. Ties to get you to pay for return shipping on screw ups that are their fault. Oh thats all like 1-2 weeks after taking your money. Try to complain or ask for a manager they hang up on you. Use a CC with a good chargback policy or better yet, run.

Very bad purchasing experience

PexUniverse shipped my order to Fedex, but Fedex will not deliver it to my address, nor will they return it to PexUniverse. PexUniverse will not refund my purchase. Next step for me: my lawyer. If you buy from this company you could be out significant money. Buy elsewhere. As others have commented, their customer service people are terrible: expect the worst you have ever experienced in any online service.

Very unsatisfied

I had ordered a pretty big order almost 300 thats big to me got an email that my expected delivery was a week later on Sunday came and gone called Monday they lost my call called from different phone they said they could not tell me why but my order had not shipped yet so they shipped out late Monday now it delayed for what ever reason probably not ever going to use them again

Don't put things in your cart while planning a project and then take a break to plan some more additions. If you do, when you return later the cart will be emptied, even if you were logged in when you added items to your cart.

I returned a small item for about $50 and so far after 45 days haven't received a refund. I called them a week ago and they acknowledged receiving it and promised a refund right away. No refund yet. Is this normal for PexUniverse?

Site was easy to navigate. Had the parts in stock that I need and great descriptions and supporting manufacturer information. I have bought 8-port Copper Plumbing Manifold, it was delivered prompt. (EXTREMELY HELPFULL!)

Horrible service

Received a damaged pump and they would do nothing to help. Wanted me to return it at my expense (around $150 shipping). Would not replace the broken part. Very rigid in their response.

Still Waiting
April 19, 2022

Made an order on April 5th and 2 items were on backorder. They held my entire shipment on two items. Spoke to them again on the 11th and they said my items would be shipped out on the 11th. Still nothing. Called this morning19th, and forgot to ship again. Then the lady proceeded to tell me its my fault for not tracking my order. Worst customer service ever!

Poor Customer Service
October 12, 2023

Recently I ordered a $3.00 part from Pex Universe. It was a frame for the in wall laundry plumbing box that we had purchased a month before. It was shipped and arrived at the PO box where we have our mail sent as Pex Universe does not send to Canada. Paid the shipping. Went to pick up the part and the box was destroyed. It had been crushed during shipping. Contacted Pex Universe and tried to work with them to have them replace this purchase. Even sent them photos of what the product looked like and what the box looked like. They said because I had not contacted them within 3 days of when the product arrived at it's destination, they would not replace the part. They also said that when I purchased the part, by purchasing it and paying for it, I agreed to the 3 day stipulation. What happened to customer service these days? They cannot send out a $3.00 part replacement to a customer who has used their products for years? Pathetic. I asked to speak to a manager and Ann said she is a manager. Well Ann, you are a bad manager who is bad for Pex Universes' reputation! Rating out of 10- 0

Do not ever do buisness with PEXUNIVERSE, they are a horrible company who does not stand behind their products. I recieved a pump that was damaged, when I opened the box peices of the plastic housing fell out. I called customer service and the ignorant twit I spoke with accused me of dropping the pump. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I would have better customer service from the hot dog guy in front of my building. DO NOT BUY from these CLOWNS. There customer service is non existent. They sold me a defective Grundfos pump and then I had to speak to some mush mouth jackass in their customer DISSERVICE department who aid they provide no technical assistance on the pump and just kept talking over me. They sell products but yet offer NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER. Then mush mouth gave me the number for Grundfos ( it was too stupid to transfer me). Grundfos then sent me back to this slum company. Mush mouth was again on the phone talking over me. Mush mouth told me I can return the pump but I need to pay for shipping. These people are HORRIBLE. I debated buying anything from a Brooklyn based company because of the vermin in Brooklyn and I was right. DO NOT BUY FROM PEX UNIVERSE. They are a PLUMBING NIGHTMARE. The alleged "president" of this train wreck is an Elwood White. Write Elwood (if he can read) and let him know what a $#*! shop he's running.
