I have never felt so happy opening an order in my entire life. It was packed perfectly and Sheri is the Kindest most thoughful seller I've ever met. She really goes above and beyond to help give the best service she possibly can. I'll be ordering everything personalised I ever need from her in the future. I'd give this a 10/5 stars if I could Amazing quality too! Thank you so much

I ordered a PERSONALISED lounge suit from PERSONALISED by Sheri. Clue in the title right? The lounge suit arrived with no personalisation on it. When queried with business she said no personalisation was chosen. Despite me confirming before ordering. She told me to pay for postage back to her and she would then personalised it. However it was for a birthday present so I had to reorder from somewhere else. I asked to return the item and get a refund but they don't accept refunds for personalised goods (I understand this but my item hasn't been personalised) when I questioned this I was told they simply don't accept refunds. Either keep it or sent it back. Extremely unhelpful and quite rude! Would definitely recommend.

Amazing prompt service, so fast with responding to messages email etc! Product was just how i wanted it to be & very good quality and by far the best price. Would recommend this business 100%

I choose 3 different colours and 2 different styles of personalised names, they were exactly as the website showed and I was very pleased with with quick delivery.

Thank you for your review, the information you have added is not correct. You did not confirm before ordering! You ordered without adding any personalisation and we asked you to return so this could be added, we never said you had to pick up the cost of the return as you never asked. Really sad that you have taken the time to leave a negative un factual review.
