I ordered a console table and it arrived very quickly. One of the drawers was damaged. I sent an email and received a response within a day. Rated 4/5 only because the cost was just slightly higher than where I normally order (Westminster) but the trust in JB was higher after I read several reviews on Westminster. I buy the Christmas rounds every year for gifts and now wonder if the ones from past years were actually solid silver or just plated. I will pay more to be sure at JB.
I been waiting since October 2021 for lowe's to finish the installation of a fence, I been calling several times, I already paid for this job, but they never finished the job. The gates don't have latches which I paid for, it very frustrating because they don't do anything about it. I don't recommend Lowe's at all
I purchased a new phone from the company got the phone and it's not registered to a network unable to make calls or txt. The workers want to play games and give u the run around no one can help.fix the problem they give u fake numbers to call no tech support help and now saying I got to send more money to send the phone back.to them that they sent me that does not work I wouldn't recommend them at all to anyone so unprofessional

When received the part did not fit to my clipping machine.I called back and notify the representative that it did fit to my machine, The refund was made after reviewing the order. Mower belts, Ordered and were shipped promptly, one belt was too big. The parts manual had the same number as the one shipped. Talked to dealer rep. Very helpful, received new belt. Same number on the belt, too long also. I think it was the factories fault. Your people were very helpful, and would shop there again, as I have in the past. Thanks again
