I recently made a purchase, KASBAH, Bottle Green Georgette Embroidered Kurta Set during a 20% off sale ( this flat discount they run online all the time), which was priced at 18,800 Rupees. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the material was much shinier than it appeared in the website pictures. When I contacted their customer service within four hours of delivery, I received a response stating that there would be no exchange or refund for sale items. Strangely, my invoice didn't include any such disclaimer or policy. During my online order placement, I also had a conversation with the company's sales representative on WhatsApp, who failed to mention that 20% discounted items were considered final sale. Living in the USA, I'm aware that such a policy is generally illegal. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend this site to others. It seems that these people are being dishonest, especially when they know you are not residing in India. Regrettably, I can't place trust in this company.

Bought a few home decor items. One of the brands was low quality product. The prints are pixelated, blurred and faded colors. The company won't allow returns. Customer service was really bad and won't accommodate return. Really bad service. Won't meet the quality promise and charge premium prices for low quality items.

Their sizing is completely wrong and apparently that's my fault. No return shipping or refund. Disgraceful. Buyer beware

Really awful company with terrible customer service. The more you speak to them the more you realise they're just con artists. I've had one good experience and 4 awful ones after. One time they gave me credits to apologise after they altered several pieces very wrong.

For the latest issue, I bought a top from a designer that I bought from before, in the same size and it was complexity off. They refused to refund or exchange it, even through I got a standard size, they said it was technically customised as I bought it from a set - which is frustrating as I specifically said I wanted to be able to send it back if it doesn't fit or swap it or something. Additionally the product quality as not satisfactory, which is not something you can tell you receive the item. They say it passed their quality checks before they shipped it but that means very little - my customer expectation of the quality for a £120 top is mine. If it doesn't pass my quality I should be able to send it back, which is the legal consumer right in all countries.

Riddhi, a very unpleasant customer service "manager", is trying to tell me that the product has a different neckline so it would not be the same size.? It make no sense and the difference between the two tops is bigger than a two size difference, and they are both in the same size from the same designer.

I think the problem is actually the designers fitting, I know other people that have said this designer Saaksha & Kinni, has different sizing for from the top to the dress to the bottom. However pernia is not assisting in correcting it or even offering a size swap.

At first they offered a 25% credit I didn't want credit at that time as I wanted to explore options for sending it back. However they weren't willing to do that, tbeh wanted to alter it. Given my previous experiences, where out of 6 items, only one was altered to my instructions, so I didn't feel confident to ship this item back and fourth to have more issues, so I said I would settle for the credits to which they are saying that is not possible anymore, and Riddhi, this vile woman is just making a bunch of illogical and unfair reasons for why it's not possible and saying it's my fault for being disappointed. Speaking to her is akin to speaking to a Trump supporter, no knowledge or facts, just childish and petulant comebacks. One of her reasons was that they fixed my issue in the past with credits so they've already done it once and don't need to help me again- even though they acknowledged it was their error at that time, which was a completely different situation. She had no intention of resolving my issue with the product or providing good customer service.

It's all good if you order something that is as described and fits well but if there's one tiny issue, they will not try to help in any way.

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered an outfit 2 months prior to an event that I had and delayed my order for over a month last year. Tried to cancel my order, which they refused to do so, had to spend another $300 to purchase a last minute outfit from somewhere else cause Pernia could not deliver on time and didn't even bother giving a heads up that my order would be delayed until I asked "WHERE IS MY ORDER." The rep Allan (apparently a manager) told me I could not cancel my order and get a refund and that he would give me a $110 credit for my next order so I took it. The next time I tried to place an order using that credit,I sent a screenshot of Allan giving me that credit, but they refused and told me that it was a mistake. This was Kunal. Allan did not want to speak to me and Kunal stopped responding. They are liars and cause inconveniences. Do not rely on this business for any of your events. Customer service is a skill that none of their reps have. Seems like they just hire anyone.

Pernia Pop has proven to be an utterly fraudulent company, and my recent experiences with them over the past three weeks have been nothing short of appalling. The initial disappointment stemmed from the mishandling of my Papa Don't Preach lehenga, followed by a similar subpar experience with my Tiesta Shoes. Despite the designers confirming that these items are dispatched in proper designer bags, Pernia Pop has the audacity to deliver them wrapped in papers and a cardboard box – devoid of any protective dust bags.

The abysmal state of their customer service has only compounded my frustrations. Both Suhail and Heeral, supposedly part of the support team, have demonstrated sheer incompetence. Their lackluster performance fails to justify the remuneration they receive.

Adding insult to injury, my attempts to seek redress for these grievances have been met with complete silence. Despite requesting a pickup of the substandard shoes and a refund, Pernia Pop remains unresponsive.

In response to this ongoing mental harassment, I have taken the step of filing a consumer complaint against them. However, the efficacy of such measures remains uncertain. On a personal note, I strongly advise against placing any orders with Pernia Pop. Their deceptive practices and fraudulent operations are an affront to customers seeking quality and reliability.

I placed order and made full payment of INR 6000 ($80.00) on 3rd November. Since I received no order acknowledgement or payment confirmation for 10 days I wrote a threatening memo to them. I got the order confirmation. After another 20 days I asked if I can now at least receive expected date of despatch! No response. Again I threatened to Lodge police complaint of fraud. I got response saying sorry And they are working to give me despatch date soon. I asked for full refund because the item was a birthday gift which was long gone. They refused to return my money and asked me to accept store credit. These guys are totally non customer centric and typically care two hoots for a buyer.
Don't ever buy anything from them
