Took my money, No response

I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they processed my payment and sent me no email confirmation. I have been emailing them daily for a week now and have not received a single response. I have no confirmation or records of the order except the $198 charge to my card. Now I have to go the route of filing a dispute with my bank. Such a headache. Avoid at all cost
