Pleased with my purchase. Had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive but this didn't effect me much - wouldn't purchase if you need within the week. Frames and lenses are of decent quality but they clearly reflect the price (they're not as sturdy as the frames I typically bought for double the price.) I bought a pair of glasses for £34 and I still use them 9 months later. Very good alternative to the expensive frames at Boots and Specsavers.
Glasses FINALLY arrived from Germany. Was somewhat concerned they were coming from abroad, having been misled into thinking they were being manufactured in the UK. However, box they've come in is completely USELESS for the type of glasses I've ordered. Really regretting having used this company. Have zero confidence in getting this sorted in a timely manner. UPDATE: The company has agreed to give me a £15 refund to cover the cost of my purchasing a case separately.

Very happy with my glasses. They took a time to arrive between the website claiming they were finished and actual receipt. When I phoned to enquire they were a bit vague, just saying that the glasses were in the dispatch phase. They could provide a better service if they had some form of detailed tracking, otherwise the natural inclination is that as a customer you start to think you will not see either your money or your glasses.
I needed bifocal reading glasses only for work and these were easy to order and very competitively priced. Delivery takes a while and I wish I had seen an option for the glass arms to have sprung hinges as they would be better if they gripped my head more. The product in every other way meets my expectations.
First online purchase of glasses and was pleasantly surprised, good fit and perfect lenses. Delivery was a few weeks, next time I'll buy two pairs.

I made an error on my prescription, my fault. I therefore returned them and paid for new lenses. Nothing happened. In the end I sent 3 follow-up chaser e-mails over the next few weeks - fobbed off with "We'll chase the laboratory" type replies.
When they finally arrived they are perfect, and i am very pleased with the glasses.
Delivery to Germany took some time. Glasses are a great price for what you get. I do wish there were more to choose from on the site.
Everything went like it says on the tin but I was not expecting a cool glass case, I have many glasses and to have a difference case for each pair helps me find the ones I want.

I was looking for a pair of glasses as a spare to use at my work. Found Perfect glasses. Large range of selection, just provided my prescription and received a quality product at a good price.
After receiving my new reading glasses it was found that they had been made to the wrong prescription? After speaking to Perfect glasses about the problem they made another pair of glasses and delivered them all be it after a lengthy time. But I put this down to the lock down period. Found them very helpful.

Glasses were light and comfortable; they were good value. Delivery slow but could have been COVID19.
This is the first time I got glasses online and am very happy. I wasn't sure what to expect but the glasses arrived in a lovely case complete with a microfibre cloth and the glasses were sturdy and felt like they'd last a while. They're not cheaply made. They fit well, won't slide down my nose, and weren't super expensive either. I will be making future purchases.

I required two pairs to the same prescription. Because there was only one of my preferred frame in stock, I had to order two different frame styles, and enter the prescription twice: tedious, but not too bad. I received a follow-up call inviting me to upgrade from standard lenses, to which I agreed, but I am not convinced that there was much benefit to vision as a result. The glasses arrived very quickly, well packed and in good condition. Of course I have no way of measuring how well they match the prescription, but the two pairs are seemingly identical, and (almost) compensate
A great, easy to use site. Lots of choice for all budgets and speedy delivery. I like that you can get the glasses with or without prescription. As a contact lens wearer it allows me to mix and match as needed. Would use again :)

I found the 'Try On' option on the website to be incredibly helpful as there are 1000's of frame choices. With prices starting from as little as £9 and options from designers such as Hugo Boss and Gucci the only problem I had was choosing a pair. Delivery was quick and the text updates were very helpful. No problems whatsoever.

After a little delay to dispatch my glasses I was very pleased with them when they arrived. The savings on high street prices are amazing, even with extras like react alight lenses and thinner lenses the price was half from my usual supplier.

Having been to the local optician and had my eyes tested I purchased one pair of general use specs (mainly because of the high prices). I saw an ad for PerfectGlasses.co.uk and took a look. I was so impressed with the range of glasses and prices I thought I'd try them out. Within a week my glasses arrived. The website was easy to navigate, too - from browsing the glasses to ordering. Even choosing the lenses you wanted in the glasses was easy. The glasses arrived quickly, and were packaged well in a solid glasses case, with a cleaning cloth. I love their online mirror; where you can upload your photo and try on the glasses to see if they suit your face. It can be hard picking glasses online, but this option really helps you decide. Overall, a fantastic service and I'll be ordering my glasses from here in the future!
I got some frames from Perfect Glasses a couple of weeks ago and I am so impressed! Delivery was quick, they were well packaged to prevent damage in transit, and the glasses themselves are great quality, really strong and don't feel cheap at all. Definitely going to be returning in the future when I need some more!
The glasses are very good and I got them in a reasonable time. It would have been a 5 stars had I not been telephone prior to the glasses being sent out with suggestion about upgrading my order. I would have preferred being contacted only once not by phone n email.
