It shows all over the internet that this should be refrigerated. They charged me $15 to mail it in a plastic bag. They left it in a metal mailbox with no notice. It baked. It's worthless. $75 total for nothing.

The first week I felt my body rejecting food and filling full. I never pass on food and I have to eat large servings. The first week on their 3g semaglutide I was passing on food and only eat very small servings. I do have nausea and headaches, but that is normal with any semaglutide. Their stuff is pure.
