Did ur vial arrive looking empty?
Answer:
Extremely easy, after doing emails that were quick I did find it was easier to call. I'm in GA and they are NV so I had to remember there is a 4 hour difference to responses.

Is it for human use?
Answer:
No because otherwise you would need an RX prescription from DR. That is why people like me are able to get things without the burden of Dr appointment and expensive tests. I've had test done before but can't afford it every 2 to 3 months just to be told everything is still normal
