I certify that this review is based on my own experience, that I am in no way affiliated with this business, and have not been offered any incentive or payment to write this review. I agree to Sitejabber's Terms of Service, including to not write false reviews – which is, in many cases, against the law.
1. I think they steal money without your knowledge 2. Support is tortosie-ly slow or perhaps just doesnt ever reply back Write to them where did my money go - no answer. Some dats later, they will say investing and you never get your money back. 3. cheater finance team of PPH
It's gone really downhill in the last few years. What I often see is people pretending to be UK Professionals when infact they are from 3rd world countries with lots of fake glowing reviews. You can even buy fake reviews on there, which kinds speaks for itself really. They work some advertise is often not their own. Ive even had my own work examples stolen and used by other people. There are some genuine pros on there, but it's a maze of who is real and who is not
I hired Freelancer Fateh M. From PeoplePerHour.com to fix 3 errors and 178 warnings as follows
3 pages have duplicate meta descriptions
178 page have low text-HTML ratio
When I received a message from Fateh M. Telling that he had fix all the errors an warnings. I ran audit on my site using SEMrush.com to confirm the work. Once the audit was complete, the audit told that none of the errors were fixed. So if none of the work was done, I then request a refund from PeoplePerHour.com but they refused my request for a refund. PeoplePerHour.com is a terrible company to do business with, as they have Freelancers that are not qualified to do the work I request. And refuse to refund their customers. They rather reward a Bad Freelancer by the name of Fateh M. Absolutely Shameful!
I have re-contact PeoplePerHour.com and they allowed me to request a refund. Then they re-evaluated my case and ruled in my favour and gave me a complete refund.
Because PeoplePerHour refunded me. I have update my star rating from 1 to 3 star.
PeoplePerHour.com has some really good and honest Freelancers but then there some really bad ones like "Fateh M.". When I request a refund because he didn't do any of the work that I request. Fateh M. Decided to request patial payment for the irrelavent work that he had done and doing so in the request he made it look as if PeoplePerHour.com rejected my request for a refund. A little bit advice if a BAD freelance like "Fateh M." request patial payment for work that was not done, just reject their request for payment. Then contact Customer Support and explian your problem with that Freelancer.

I would like that the work be done with in 6 days. Priority of the errors to be fix are as follows.
First Priority fix before any thing else: Errors 3 pages have duplicate meta descriptions
Second Priority : Warnings 178 pages have low text-HTML ratio
No Priority not necessary to fix : Errors 1 pages have slow load speed
If you agree, I will accept your Invoice and send you a link to access the back end of my store.
Thank you
Alberto
Couldn't find here a decent project with the payment i was looking for. But hopefully it helped someone else.
Quite satisfied with this site, although far from perfect. It has a nicer look and an easy and direct way to work with clients and to get credit from. I feel that moderation is a bit too far to a point of annoyance. One major issue is that there's a verification requirement for some new clients, and the site will not release you the funds once they are released by the client until they go through an annoying verification process, which most don't bother to do (by uploading a few identification documents, etc.). This is a major concern which I have discussed with a senior agent without a solution that I could accept. So, I have decided not to invite my own clients (from classifieds and my website) to join the site. Another major issue is the proposal credits system, which by the end of the 3rd week or so you're unable to bid on projects even if you send out a proposal once every 3-5 days or so. They are also irreversible, meaning that if you cancel some of your bids, you will still not get your credits back. This turns out to be even a bigger issue when a client wants to work with you and you're unable to send the proposal to get started right away -- instead, you will have to ask them to create a private work stream and forward you the invitation, unless you "buy" more proposal credit. They must make the platform more user friendly, at least for the established freelancers.
