Did the 1.00 trial, cost me 1.95 and 1.00, plus foreign transaction fees. Cannot find any address info. Foreign fee may be from Net Spend, another joke. Anyways in the end these people overcharge 195% and thats criminal no matter where you live.
If you pay the one dollar to use their trial service for 2 days it says unlimited but then it only allows you 1 look up per 24 hrs. If you call the 24 hr number they blame it on you using a phone ect. I used a laptop and it did the same. Then after your 2 day trial you automatically get charged 48.00 per month. The service can't even tell you more than google. I even tried to look up myself to make sure and it had nothing. Don't bother it's a waste.
Introductory offer of $1. Turned into a total charge of more than $130., based on a statement buried in the fine print that any use of the service would automatically result in a continuing subscription until the company is called with a cancellation. No indication that the subscription would cost over $44.per month.

I used the $1 introductory rate. My best memory is that I called to cancel the automatic membership after I got the information I needed. They billed my credit card for about $60, and would only refund me $5 when I called to complain..
Poor Quality Service - Peoplelookup.com aka Intelius advertises the ability to provide correct information on people you are trying to locate. The problem is that much of the data they give is significantly out of date. They will not give a refund if incorrect data is provided.
They Lie about the 'free' aspect. You input an email or phone number, it finds results, and you have to pay 20 dollars per report. You can not see name, carrier, etc.
They are scammers. It is not made clear that when you pay the 0.95 charge you are also agreeing to a second charge of $19.95. You are told you will receive an email from them with information. I never did get an email. BE CAREFUL NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR TRAP!
I wanted to look up 1 name 1 time. I got charged the 1 dollar it says, however when you look (which I didn't do fully, I should have) it sasys after 5 days you will be charged for a FULL YEAR. They do this with no further contact, and knowing that most people won't read everything. BEWARE! They will NOT refund your money nor will they even be nice, just say "you should have looked at the details" they are scam artists, pure and simple, the information they pulled on the name I looked up wasn't even very accurate. They look at public records only, so nope not worth even the dollar they charge.
Took advantage of their address lookup (for an Australian address) for the advertised 95 cents. Got nothing in return and figured I had just lost 95 cents... no big deal? However, nowhere did I see that I was being automatically enrolled in their service at a rate of $19.95 per month. I did not catch it immediately and was charged for 2 months. Not only that they charged me another 95 cents in the second month. I called them and requested that they cancel my so-called subscription and refund the money that I had been charged (for absolutely no service at all). It remains to be seen whether they will comply in the 3 to 5 business days. The speed with which their customer service offered to cancel and refund suggested that this was the norm, suggesting that their business model is simply to rake in as many 95 cents charges as they can (which most people will not object too strenuously to) and try to deceptively add to their take by charging a monthly subscription, hoping that some people don't catch it for a while. Google has to take them down over this lookup search engine they are scammers first they charge genuinely later without us knowing charging more money... BIG TIME SCAMMERS
As I'm in UAE they could not do coz banks here are more protected.

I tried to search 1 name and charged me 3.50 dirham. And this search engine is super useless! Couldnt search anything! The next day it charged me 81 dirhams without using this site!
Why are they allowed to continue to scam people they should shut them down and apply heavy financial penalty.
