Had my original appt. Scheduled for Tuesday, 8/ 10@ 10.00 a.m. At 10:40am I called to find out where the salesman was since I made the appointment on the phone with a man named Don on Thursday, 8/5. I was told that I was not even on the schedule? I spoke to Brian who said he would come out himself on Thursday at 11:30 am. Later that evening I received a call from Don saying the office did not schedule my appointment per our phone conversation. Then I started getting phone calls from the company asking if I would like to schedule an appt.? Brian came out on Thursday, because late and than had to go back to his truck when I required because a mask in the house. He gave a quick overview and proceeded to start measuring windows. He is a rookie at this by the fact that he started pulling draperies down while doing a simple measurement... Then he arrived without his laptop properly charged, Andrew did not have 3 prong outlets for him. He had to then go sit in his truck to use his laptop on his car charger, in order to provide a quote for me! He came back in and I asked if he had a printer, he said no, he would email me the quote after telling me the total. I asked if he had a business card on him, and he had those in his truck too? As of right now it has been 30 hours and no emailed quote, or his contact info that would be on a business card if he had one! I would strongly steer clear of someone so mediocre quoting $11,000 for 11 windows. Lets see if I ever get my emailed quote! It is now 9 days later and No quote. No nothing from Brian who came out and measured our windows? I would never give them a downpayment because they would probably forget to order windows or schedule an install, but they would cash the check!
