Excellent and professional service. Don't listen to these google reviews. I am really surprised to see any low ratings. PEL were incredibly professional and understanding, and I highly recommend them. They are offering personal investigation services that are responsive, prompt and straightforward with expectations. I have two friends that have also used their services and we are all very happy with the results.
