I got scammed in August 2023 for $14,970 cash, i did everything i was asked to do, never got a dime,

I was deceived by an impersonator and scammer online through Bitcoin and these guys were there to help me recover my stolen funds. Not only did they help me to recover the funds, but to also provide me with the peace of mind that there are still good people out there, even on the internet.

I hired CNC in 2021 to assist in recovering 8 stolen BTC. After some diligent work from both CNC and myself, we were actually able to identify the culprits and their location.

The unfortunate part is…they happen to reside in St. Petersburg, Russia. It's incredibly frustrating to know who the thieves are, and where they are located, only to have no way of starting the recovery process. My account with CNC was shut down, understandably.

CNC is continuing to actively monitor the perpetrators account. There needs to be some movement on the accout in order to pinpoint the location. We are in for the long haul if necessary.

I was a victim off cryptocurrency scam, I lost 24 thousand dollars then Looking for information on what to do in these cases I found this company, I hired them and I also lost that money!.They will not help you to get your money back!, They will simply do an investigation and after 2 weeks they will give you a report and will tell you give it to the police, In my case after 2 weeks I went to the police (metropolicelasvegas) and submitted that report, police took another 2 weeks to assign me a detective and tell me that they do not work with third-party companies, they also told me that due the time that has passed the probabilities of recovering my money were very low. Conclusion!, I wasted my time and money with CNC and with the local police in my area since they do not pay to much attention to cases like these,I hope this argument is useful to someone

I had contacted CNC after being scammed into investing a large amount of money to cryptocurrency. During this very devastating and vulnerable time, I sought out their help to initiate investigation and possibly recover some money. I wasn't able to think and gravely disabled at this time of grief and trauma. They are not as honest as they lead themselves to be. They have a special department, case analyst, and these people are professional sales person, who lure you in during a very vulnerable time.

Well I did research and tried to get as much info as possible about CNC Intelligence. I later decided to reach out to them based on several reviews I read. I lost 54k to broker scammers. I hired CNC and paid them $4000.

They did explain to me how it works such as contact tracing reports. After report I would schedule meeting with former FBI officer to tell me exactly what to say to police when I take the report to them. I was definitely not comfortable with going to police to file report with them after I am already dealing with the CNC.

Anyways, since that's how it works I have no choice. It was yesterday I had meeting with former FBI agent. Today I went to police station to file police report. I have had experiences going to police stations for other stuff in the past and I'm not always satisfied with them. Anyways, I got to police station today and explained to them as directed my CNC (to be brief and not give details). But unfortunately police wanted details. I told them I hired CNC. Long story short, the officer wants me to contact fraud division and gave me phone number to call. I probably will call later but based on what officer was asking, I don't think I want to go further. I rather count my loss and move on. Officer wanted to know how I got the money I lost. I believe he was being intrusive. At that moment I knew I was not going to call fraud dept. I came home and read CNC reviews again. I came across honest review who posted exactly what I expected instead bogus reviews saying "CNC responses are top-notch" etc.

The fellow posted that he did file police report and he was assigned case number and at the end, police could not determine money in the suspect accounts belong to the victim (s). This is actually a closure for me. I don't want to waste more time and resources. I thank CNC for their time but I will not proceed with the recovery. If you are scammed by crypto broker or somehow, I think you should just count your loss and move on.
